I just lost my momma, even though God gave her 92 years of a healthy life my heart is shattered. I tragically lost (to sudden death at birth) my twin baby daughters in 1982, also my sister was found dead 6days after her 20th birthday in 1970 when I was 15yrs old & my best friend was tragically killed when we were 10yrs old in 1966. I’m still struggling with depression with the loss of my mother 3 yrs ago. She was the rock, the glue, the foundation of our family. Without her I am so lost. I have listened to this song several times and it makes me cry and miss her even more. But. Why am I’m being selfish. God gave his son so that we may have eternal life. I am happy to know that she is rejoicing with him and not suffering anymore. One day we will meet each other with arms opened wide and hug one another. @@desertflower9818 Tomorrow the tragedy in Parkland was five years ago. Five years! Time flies by so fast, but for them it stopped. 2018 I was exactly the age of the youngest victims, 14. Today they would still be my age, 19, but while I could measure up to a young woman with a good future they will never have one. 😔

It’s one year today I lost my mum to cancer. My Dad died when I was very small. He was just 40 and died from cancer. hope they’ve met up in heaven .I miss them both so,so much . Not a day passes when I don’t pray to God and beg to be with them again when my time comes. My mum was my best friend,she was beautiful inside and out.I still can’t believe she’s gone and long to hear her voice again.All I can do is carry on with life and try to make them both proud of me. As hard as that is.X💔🌹

I lost my wife 7 months ago, she was only 39. This song was played at her funeral, picked our by her sister. I'd never heard it before, but it was so fitting. Hearing it still breaks me though.

You’re so right I lost my dad and when I was losing him a nurse told me that I should be thank full for the 40 years I had with him and she was so right because so many people have lost their kids ,parents , siblings at such young ages I can’t imagine how they were robbed of the years they should’ve had with them! My brother and sister-in-law played this to me, just last week.. I came home to Wales, after a week in Scotland with them, to look up this heart-rending piece of music.
Oh my goodness the tears flowed down my cheeks, as the grief flowed out of me.
This is painfully beautiful and touched my broken heart and soul right to the very core.

Please pray for me my uncle is in serious and critical condition I don't think he has long to live he has fluid on his brain meningitis perforated bowl which he just had emergency surgery for he just had 4 strokes and he got worse he is in a medical induced coma a breathing tube and a feeding tube he has a fever but he so ice cold his hands are looking like balloons he had a day or two of a spark but then went right back into being critical he is on the other side of the ICU where they keep the extreme patients at I am very close to him he is my only uncle update my uncle is going to pass away they are going to pull the plug and take him off life support
This was the song that was chosen to play at my uncles burial. I am now listening to it... And crying a bit. He fought so hard in his battle with cancer for 6 years. He always stopped to talk to people. He was the person that would take care of others no matter what he was going through.
God help me through this difficult time. God help everyone through what they're going through in their lives right now. Jesus saves.

They say time heals all wounds. It's true but it's a long process. I've lost my grandfather, grandmother, my uncle to lung cancer, my mom 30 years ago, and my dad just recently. Also lost my little Peanut boy, a Chihuahua, at age 18. So, there's been some real heartache for me. I wish I could give everyone a hug and a shoulder to cry on. It never gets easier, but you somehow learn to cope with your emotions. I wish everyone well and my deepest condolences to you and yours.
