@@englishrose5483 How can we break through the stigma and victim shaming/blaming, if we never discuss these topics, ya know? It really makes me despise the gov't that much more as they allow and take part in these disgusting acts!! I'm in school because I want to help children who've been molested, raped, abused. If we can help them when they're young they won't turn to drugs, violence and jail (which is what the gov't wants) They willingly produce the violence for profit jail sentences, as they laugh all the way to the bank!

I'm only 37 oh, but I do remember Bosnia being a really big deal when I was a kid. I'm American, the significance here was that our president was about to be impeached and suddenly out of nowhere he wanted to bomb Bosnia. I don't know as many particulars as I would know if it happened today oh, but for a kid to know about it and it merica back then was a big deal.
isn't it funny that it's all about the old places with the old architecture with remnants of the old world order that seemed to get destroyed in wars? Isn't it funny that every war that takes place we have less reminders of who used to be? When was the only time the new world was ever attacked? I think we all know back in 2001, and I think we all realize that was just a sham anyway.

I know, it's difficult to keep track of all the imperialistic military interventions of the U.S. government...and which president is guilty of ordering which intervention.
Operation Desert Fox or "Monica's War" was Clintons alleged distraction from his impeachment. December of '98. Bombing started the day after the House of Representatives introduced articles of impeachment. Bombing ended the day the articles were passed on. Pure coincidence, right?
When it came to Bosnia, Clinton talked a good game on the campaign trail, but once in office, basically did nothing. In '95 Clinton initiated Operation Deliberate Force, NATO led airstrikes. The Dayton Accords were signed in '95, ending the conflict.
Bosnia was a few years prior to Clinton's impeachment.

When he describes how pictures of his family was throwing him off and making him lose focus while he was trying to maintain a strong mind during his captivity, American prisoners call that "hard timing it". You want to avoid that especially if you got a lengthy sentence.

I always refused pictures during my time in. I was the only one who done it. I didn't want to see them. Talking on the phone was enough. 💁‍♂️

Unfortunately, I was a victim of outrage footage showing Muslims and their atrocities against infidels and other factions of Islam... it took the long-form conversations in podcasts to make me realize that most cable TV news shows were 2 to 4 so called experts shouting over each other but never reaching a conclusion over any topic... HOW BLIND I WAS.... MAINSTREAM media cannot tolerate a good man like this, it goes against the narrative of causing division 😞

@@michaelmoorhead762 tbh I’ve always felt that one countries terrorist is another countries freedom fighter (with the exception of a few), it’s a shame that the media portrays it in a different way and people blindly believe what they see in the press and on the news, once you realise how political it all is you start to see it in a different light.

@@leeannsheridan4380 you’re so right on saying “one country’s terrorist is another country’s freedom fighter”. When Bangladeshis fought against Pakistanis for freedom, the Pakistani government referred the Bangladeshi freedom fighters as terrorists. But they are heroes of Bangladesh, not terrorists. But to Pakistani government they were terrorists, since they were fighting against Pakistani government’s interests.

In the the talks in the years running up to the Good Friday agreement, David Ervine from the Loyalist side, was told whilst travelling in a helicopter on way to talks, by British Intelligence, that they wanted to wrap this up so they could go after the Muslims. He revealed that in his story which was given to Boston and Queens Universities. The British seized all the people's stories which had been given to those universities.

They didn’t really explain why they’re so scary... they’re about the size of a tarantula, a little skinnier, but they will run and jump, and they’re not afraid of anything. They have a special venom which paralyzes and anesthetizes the nerves around the bite, they usually bite camels or large mammals, so when they latch on they’ll continue to suck the blood of their victims, sometimes until the animal dies. They’re often called a vampire spider. That’s what makes them so terrifying. You could wake up in the morning and find it has been feasting on you for hours. Then, the venom is incredibly necrotic so it eats the flesh away from the wound. This is why they’re among the deadliest of spiders.
Then there are huge vipers there, they’re very hard to see, very camouflaged.
      Afghanistan is quite a country.

Look mr. Flat foot. I know exactly what these things are. There are many different types of these arachnids infact...
Some smaller some a shit load bigger...

Can you imagine being confined in deplorable conditions and tortured then only to get tortured further by these hideous things scurring around?
I was empathizing with the man...
Because when you're surrounded by dangerous monsters like gitmo torturing you an effing camel spider aggressively charging you and biting you just adds to the horror...
