This white sauce pizza is better than the one in pizzeria❤️

Hello friends today I will share this white sauce pizza recipe and I think it's is better than the one we get at the pizzeria.
So yummy and creamy 🥰
Ingredients for the dough
500g all-purpose flour
salt 1cc
40 ml of olive oil
12 g yeast
300 ml of warm water (about)
For the sauce
2 tbsps butter
3 tbsps flour
400 ml milk
1tsp grated nutmeg
2 tbsps provence herbs
50g grated cheddar
Salt to taste
SAUTEED CHICKEN
----------------
400 g ground chicken
90 ml olive oil
1tsp crushed garlic
1tsp powdered peppercorns
1 large onion (thinly sliced )
Salt
Some provence herbs
