It suggests that, for in spite of our trials and frailness, there is an element of divinity within us; an innate goodness that lies below the surface just waiting to be discovered. Though I am not a Christian, The Da Vinci Code reminds me of a passage of scripture: "And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us, and we have seen his glory." Glorious, indeed, as is this song.

I think you all forgot probably Zimmer's best work: Rain Man. I love that sound track. Also he won an Oscar for the score of the Lion King which was absolutly amazing.

Magnificent track! I love the novel, and the film as well, i was blown away when i bought the score soundtrack of The Da Vinci Code. The first time i heard this, tears escaped my eyes. This song really flows through your heart when it sounds.
