Over 80% of America's health problems are metabolic.Too much carbs, vegetable and seed oils, and processed foods. We need to go keto or carnivore, if you want to feel satiated in your eating. The alternative is to narrow your daily eating window, allowing your mitochondria to rejuvenate and repair, as well increasing insulin sensitivity to your cells. Then the need to change your diet is not as great.
