- This is my Megadeth Live Concert Review 2023 (FAIL OR FUN?) frome their Pardubice concert on their world tour 2023. Megadeth played live in Enteria Arena. Are Megadeth still any good, Can Dave Mustain still sing? How was the Megadeth Setlist 2023?

The issue with the opening act , I think that’s on the promoter not Megadeth. As well as the 15 songs I’d imagine that’s negotiated with band management and promoters
Yes opening act is on promoter I guess but I am pretty sure a band like Megadeth can demand an opening act of certain credibility. And the setlist length is on Megadeth for sure. Thanks for watching.

Wow thats cool, I recall when that gig was, it was in a super small venue called NASA, I didn't go, I was somewhere abroad I think.
Great review as always! Damn I missed a great show! I really wanted to go because I haven't seen Megadeth since the Rockwave Festival 2001 in Athens, but then again I didnt want to travel on my own to Pardubice. Also I didnt know anyone else who was going 🙁As for the question about Dave staying in Metallica, for me its better that he left and we got Megadeth. The same with Ozzy leaving Black Sabbath, we got great albums by Ozzy such as Blizzard of Ozz, No More Tears, Diary of a Madman etc etc and we got great albums from Black Sabbath such as Heaven and Hell, Mob Rules, Headless Cross etc etc. Eventually it all worked out for us the metal fans! 🤘🤘
Thanks for watching, you could have hitched a ride with me from Prague in case you are there! I think I agree on Dave staying in Metallica would not have given us all this stuff and the way he has developed his music and they theirs has really added some variety that we otherwise would have been without. And imagine, if Ozzy stayed in Sabbath there would have been no DIO in Sabbath or even DIO the band!
I saw Megadeth a few months ago in Window Rock AZ. Temu replaced Kiko and he was amazing. The whole concert was great. Dave's voice is shitty, albeit the musicianship is worth the cost of admission. 9/10 is my rating too. Lamb of God is pretty good. Tool... uh duh.

I’m not a big Metallica fan so I’ll take Dave and Megadeth over Dave in Metallica
but just would be interesting to see what could have been but this outcome was good, we got two great bands for decades
