I was single for years and felt so pressured to get in a relationship. I took my own time until I met my current bf who’s a gem. He treats me great and is very respectful. Now that I’m in a stable relationship I’m being pressured to get married and have kids. Like damn! Can I just breathe a little. I’ve seen the other side and most married women are miserable especially the ones who married rly young or married in their 30s pit of desperation. I’m good.

She had contractions and went to hospital, he made a fuss saying he couldn’t go because he had to get his daughter from the airport . He acted as if he had no family to help . And as if she was being awkward needing him at the hospital for the possible labour . Then he pops up with a brother and his brothers wife who could have easily helped him . He used to low key make her feel like she must not question anything about his time .

I remember randomly having that episode of friends and family on and feeling so sad for her. Simply based on the fact that he didn’t want to discuss the therapy session afterwards on the way home so he got out of town. He probably booked that ticket on the way to the car. If not, they had a whole child and he didn’t even stop to check in with her to make sure it was cool to do what he did. Yes go see your kid but also coordinate with your wife or idk, bring her along? It was so clear that he was either getting with other women or was putting it in motion. It really sucks to watch the respect get thrown out the window in a relationship.
