Dolly Mini P3 - Pasta Machine 6kg/h

Dolly is a small pasta machine, compact and reliable. It is suitable both for restaurants and for people who like good home-made pasta.
This pasta machine can knead by using any kind of flour and it produces long and short pasta shapes by simply changing the die.
It can also prepare dough for pizza and bread and can be supplied (on request) with a rotating cutting knife for short pasta shapes or with the manual ravioli maker.

Does fresh pasta made with only semolina and water taste better, than dried pasta made with the same ingredients? I can't imagine there would be much difference. A good extruder is expensive and I'm wondering why the investment if you can achieve the same result buying good dried pasta.
