    Congrats on half a century of important discoveries. Keep making videos like you have. As far as I'm concerned, all of them are promoting science as a means (for humanity) and science as a goal (for people), and both are important.
    Even though I'm no scientist and the theoretical part is often way beyond my understanding, I still learned a lot from this channel.

    There are still many unknowns to be discovered: What is dark energy? What is dark matter? Why would someone down thumb this video?
    I hope Fermilab will be able to contribute a lot to the further uncovering of those mysteries in the future.

    How old would fermilab be for a person traveling at 80% of the speed of light from the star Betelgeuse? Oh, and happy 50th anniversary? Assuming everyone is traveling at the same relativistic speeds.

    Happy Birthday! Remember;
    a) Dark Matter = dead particles (via black hole particle consumption [quantum funneling.])
    b) Dark Energy = Null space created by transdimensional dead particles (also caused by quantum funneling.)
    c) Neither has a supersymmetric partner hence its inability to interact.
    Happy hunting for the next 50 years!! ;O)-

    If all it's done is to attempt to prop up the failed 'standard model' then it's detracted from our understanding of physics, not contributed to it. Why should workers across America have their pay docked to pay for this charade?
