THIS is the DNA that got me into modern battle rap years ago. The last few years I feel like I haven't really seen him with real focus - but he killed it in this battle. Heard similar things about his battle on Saturday on URL.
+Minnesota Luke He's always been like that, though, no? His lows are very low, his highs (against Diz, Ill Will, Charron, Arsonal) very high. I'm always pleasantly surprised when he doesn't bore me, like here.

Probably one of the funnier battles I've seen in a while, from a different perspective I liked dans rounds, totally not standard battle rap but when he said "I'll power point this 9 at you" I just about lost my voice laughing. Fun battle

DNA 2-1 Dan did too many "wheelchair" and "daddy" jokes in every round. It got too stale. If he didn't take that angle every round, then he may have won. DNA was rapping. Bars over jokes! Dan did a good job still. Just liked DNA more.

D Miles It was more creative though. We didn't hear the same exact gun lines. He was more creative with it. Dan just got repetitive with those jokes about his parents. It was funny at first, but damn move on homie!

No matter what anyone wants to say about DNA though, he has definitely refurbished his style & is way more intriguing to listen to now.... to add to that, this was probably DBD's best performance ever. I don't even know who won, I'm about to watch it again.

Doesn't matter what they say. It's how they say, which separates what DBD did from everything just about every other DNA opponent has done. Rarely does DNA face real multis like Dan's. And that's like saying the Arcane buying bars shit is old or fat jokes are old for Big T or Shotgun or racism bars are old for Hollohan. That shit is on the record and can be used as many times over as they need to be. Where the variety needs to be is the delivery of those bars.

Solid battle, this is the best DNA I've seen in a long time, but Dirtbag Dan beat DNA badly. DNA just had random punchlines, while Dan didn't let up on the angles and punchlines in his structured rounds.
