Twisting blades is defintlely doing more damage to bosses for me... way more. Combined with shadowstep or dash, it also delete packs.
Some footage would have been nice for the clone.
twisting blades can crit 4-7k easily and with shadow imbue u can clear rooms like in diablo 3. i tried a poisoned flurry but need more level then 25 for that :)
Yeah I was going for mixed ranged/melee rogue build. I was clearing mobs and bosses relatively easily until 24. Also not being able to dictate how much vitality you get from a lot of gear I feel was another issue. Thanks for the build.
There are legendary gloves I got that, when I evade or use shadow step, I drop concussive nades that stun and damage enemies

Definitely watch the video if u have time (with these queues who doesn't lol) i only did this for me to come back to it later when i can play... He explains things very well in the vid and things i didn't mention in the comment. I just copy pasted his build for ease of access, and thought i'd share it. Doing a cold imbuement flurry build. With the rapid strikes, you can easily freeze an entire group. You get dmg stacks against cold enemies and dmg stacks for making them vulnerable. Not to mention, if they're frozen, they can't hit you. Use the aspect where flurry damages enemies in a circle around you with 8% increased dmg and you are a freezing machine.
Add in the aspect that makes smoke grenades do cold and gives you bonus damage vs. frozen enemies.
That’s my build dmg is insane sitting on 700atk power rn wiping anything. Frost caltrops is nice to bring aswell
I'm running shadow imbuement, going with flurry, shadow clone. So I literally 1 shot everything!
The issue is that the aspect which makes flury 360 isnt working right, it has small range and bad hit registers. Also not sure but i think freeze wont work on Bosses.Vulnerability is just RNG whne shadow imbu has a 100% apply. For me Frost imbuement is the weaker one then Poison and Shadow. I would use Frost imbuement probably with some big AoE core skill like Penetrating shot or Barrage. Why? Barrage can proc more arrows and spread vulnerability even more or Pene shot has insane DMG and goes trough mobs and also there is insane aspect for it where it splits arrows which deals 30% of the dmg which makes it even bigger AoE.
I find it kind of sad that you unlock all skills in 25lvl. The Tree looks very limited hoped for more options, right now the D3 "skills" look more interesting
Was wondering what class I was in D3. I thought it was a rogue but it was indeed a monk also.
Anyways, I'm surprised they don't have more classes for a game of this caliber to be perfectly honest. 5 classes to choose from just doesn't sound like much to choose from.
They do it this way to bring the others in season pass or more likely DLC like the last game. Sucks but that is business.
My rogue guild face tanked butcher and killed him under 30 secs without even using a pot, and it's quite different from urs

Next time when you make video I’d appreciate it if you put a gameplay demonstration either in the beginning or end. Not a 4 second gameplay clip and boring video after. Just saying.
very much a non-elite, trash mob clearing build. SI won't do anything for you against bosses =/. Hybrid builds will win out (having items with +all imbue ranks or +cold/poison for boss fights

So much wasted points at lvl25. You realy dont need strudy. Also i would take off the points of Smoke bombs when you cvan combine one point on dash for slow and one point on smoke bomb bonus which makes slowed enemies dazed longer. Also shdow clones CD 60 sec is too much for what it does ( All the ultimates on rogue are somehow underperforming for these big CDs), you can do better if you invest your points in to caltrops ( 20% more dmg and slow/chill-freeze if enemy stays inside i believe).
My build is - Blade shif (you get def for non physical dmg) or Invigorating strike (preferably when you get more AS) , Twisting blades(both bonuses are good),Dash,Concealment (40 energy back,Vulnerability after stealth) with aspect for stealth traps,Poison trap(bonus 10% more poison dmg if enemy stands in trap), shadow/poison imbuement. With one aspect you can basicaly jump in stealth,drop all 4 poison traps below boss and then just stab him,just evade with dash when CDs are back and do it again.... Two rotation drops most of the Bosses for sure and mob clearing is on same lvl as Sorcerer.
Ranged build from top of my head now : Force Arrow (3rd shot vulnerability) ,Penetrating shot ,Shadow step , Caltrops,Concealment (40 energy back plus vulnerability) ,Poison imbuement. - Rotation? AA boss until vulnerability is up,pop up imbuement (you can have it prepared already),shadow step on boss,caltrops and blast the crap out of him with pene shots.Pop up Concealment wait for CDs and again - Good Boss dmg and good mob clear.
Also i think that shadow step skill shoud be on core skills.With CDs it has very limited use,lets hope that there is some good legend aspect for it .
