EFT, or Tapping, has been extremely helpful for years when I need to let go of any upset. I’ve not seen it yet, but I’m sure others have combined the power of tapping with the wisdom of ACIM. I’ll google that. And I will begin today to do the combination. I’ll comment in 60 days, or less, if it was fruitful. I’ve read the lessons and listened to your channel for the past 5 days from 1- 62. Time for stage two……pound this into my hard head. 😏
Combining the power of EFT with the wisdom of ACIM sounds like a wonderful approach to deepening your practice and healing journey. It's inspiring to see your commitment and dedication. I look forward to hearing about your experiences and insights in the coming days. Keep going strong-you're making incredible progress! 🙏
What a gift. ~ your direction on this core topic is superb . Sitting in forgiveness I felt like it is a continuous state of vulnerability, openness, and then it was surrender. To God. Every moment open , accepting , vulnerable . Also , I feel the need to state some of the lessons as I statements i.e. I fulfill my function, and I am happy. I wonder what you think about this.
Thank you so much for sharing. I'm glad the meditation resonated deeply with you! 🙏 I fully support you in the way you're working with the lessons in brining the affirmations more intimately into your awareness.
.....And for listening before sleep : ) I want to ask why I find it so hard to forgive? Is it just that we are afraid of the same thing happening again or is the pain because there to tell us we are believing something that isn't true about ourselves and perhaps the other person? Maybe there is still something to learn or to heal from the experience that is still unforgiven?
I think we find it hard to forgive because the ego-thought-system perceived forgiveness as sacrifice. The only thing we really need to learn from any experience is how to forgive and therefore accept each moment fully as it is. To trade our judgment and resistance for peace by letting the past go.
Yeah... I am finding extremely hard to forgive it as well. The hardest part to me is to look at the situations and believe it's not real. I am not able to do this yet... I am afraid I will just live in denial
This lesson is a true mind/ heart opener. First time I grasped the greater definition of forgiveness
Amazing listen for early morning meditation!
