This report describes the treatment of CII malocclusion with a 12mm overjet. IZC screws combined with self-ligation bracket system can significantly distalize maxillary arch and create a dumping effect on anterior teeth, both of which facilitate overjet reduction.

Chris do you use anterior bite plate/ramp in this case?
I got premolar extraction and im sad cuz they told me i didn't have any more options than premolar extraction i even asked them to extract wisdom teeth they told me thats not possible 🥹 i was tired of looking for a good clinic I went to many others and they all told me the same thing 😭😭😭
@Danielaagila267 umm pretty normal I actually did more research and it's pretty normal premolar extraction even if you have too much Crowding
@Danielaagila267 I have overbite (my upper teeth are too forward it make me look like I have duck face) and my lower teeth have too much Crowding
