Собрал экструдер шнек 55мм длинна 900мм двигатель, редуктор 4квт ,частотник,три зоны нагрева ,подача горячего воздуха.Выточили насадку по принципу краскопульта. Ивроди все нормально но на выходе ковбудто реальная вата. Очень мало прозрачных волосков . Подскажите пожалуйста в чем может быть причина .Ведь у Вас наверняка было что то подобное.

I'm sure you'll find compressor and extruder in your place much cheaper then we can make and send it to you. Or even you can make you own extruder based on the volume of production required. We only sell jets to get fiber. The small jet for «back yard machine» - 200$, or we will make it for your options.

да нет, производительность при ижекции не падает диметр выходно отвестия может измерятся в миллиметрах а не в микронах. При ротационном способе очень трудно поддерживать ровномерную густоту расплава. И зазор между верхней и нижней крышкой барабана быстро забиваеться. Но если работать на первичке или очень хорошо отмытом флексе с загрязнением менее 100ппм на тонну, можно применять и ротационный барабан.
