That's maybe an inaccurate remembering of history. I firmly believe that western systems are more desirable for numerous reasons but the Soviets actually pioneered anti-tank guided missiles and are largely responsible for their proliferation around the world both through arms exports and by inspiring competition from foreign adversaries. Development of the FGM-148 Javelin only really began at the very tail end of the Cold War and entered service 5 years after the Soviet Union dissolved. Before that both sides had pretty similar capabilities offered by ATGMs launched from helicopters, infantry fighting vehicles, and infantry crew served missile launchers. You can think of a javelin as a helicopter ATGM airstrike you can carry in your backpack more than it is a replacement for a TOW, or a Kornet, or Stunga-P missile team which are less mobile, but cheaper to keep sustained for longer.

      Here is the God's word,
Malachi 4: 4-6: "Remember ye the law of Moses my servant, which I commanded unto him in Horeb for all Israel, with the statutes and judgments. Behold, I will send you Elijah the prophet before the coming of the great and dreadful day of the LORD: And he shall turn the heart of the fathers to the children, and the heart of the children to their fathers, lest I come and smite the earth with a curse."
As we know, John the baptist (Elijah the prophet, Mathew 11: 12-14) was murdered during Herod's "birthday" celebration.
These are his words, Mathew 3: 7-10: "But when he saw many of the Pharisees and Sadducees come to his baptism, he said unto them, O generation of vipers, who hath warned you to flee from the wrath to come? Bring forth therefore fruits meet for repentance: And think not to say within yourselves, We have Abraham to our father: for I say unto you, that God is able of these stones to raise up children unto Abraham. And now also the axe is laid unto the root of the trees: therefore every tree which bringeth not forth good fruit is hewn down, and cast into the fire."
Christ-Messiah was executed as "blasphemer" and "rioter" by denunciation of clergy.
Then the betrayer, Israel by flesh, was destroyed for his sins.
Novadays "christians" are happy to have friends among Christ's persecutors. They love to visit temples of cursed land.
The problem is Devil runs the world. He is lier and murderer. This is the reason why herods and hitlers feel good while Christ is persecuted.
"Jesus" means "Jehovah is salvation". This is the name of Christ real christians are hated for.
      "HalleluJah" means "Praze Jah" (Jehovah).
Psalm 83: 18: "That men may know that thou, whose name alone is JEHOVAH, art the most high over all the earth."
But, hipocrites doesn't want to know this.
That's why we've got the Gospel about the God's kingdom. Jehovah would put everything in order. He has anointed the king, Jesus Christ. The dead will be resurected and we'll meet our beloved ones again! :-)
PS. Amos 5: 25-26: "Have ye offered unto me sacrifices and offerings in the wilderness forty years, O house of Israel? But ye have borne the tabernacle of your Moloch and Chiun your images, the star of your god, which ye made to yourselves."

The problem with the Ukrainian army is that they lost a large number of Javelins now in the hands of the enemies, last year many weapons sent by the US were found sold to many countries, who is doing that? The Ukranian generals are now selling those weapons on the black market. This little machine is bloody expensive, especially the ammunition.

You dont need risk your life if you need shoot with this weapons, ( and as a human vs Tanks.. this is the best solution) of course we can talk about different types of weapons.. but we need take a look ( What about population is between this countrys... ) But.. You need to focus that Russia need more and more armor.. to do a perfect push... its must be crazy hear drones... rockets,,, mortals,,, ,ati tank mines,, anti person mines.. lot of thinks what can product to deffend Ukraine.. and Russia need to prevent it.. but i dont think they have good plans or strategy.. but what i remeber its cost 250,000 dolars per rocket.. but at this time.. in this year this cost can be more or less.. And if You watch this war you cna see Ukraine doenst use a much this type rockets..
