Mercedes-Benz W124 How to Remove Side Mirrors & Replace Rubber Mirror Seals

Couldn't stand seeing these rubber caps in the shape they were in... so I replaced them with the cheaper Ebay alternative for the time being. Figured I would show others since there is limited videos on these...

hey i notice at the end of your video even with the new side mirror, why is there a gap between the rubber and the plastic housing?

It just needed time to adjust with heat etc. they are never a perfect flush fit even from factory but these overall fit great

Mine doesn't stretch enough at all, it can't get it over all 3 corners without ripping the rubber.
