Do you do videos for families??? IF so we would be interested.
Try hidden valley food. They do REALLY good with hiding the vegetables.
Try cutting out the beige food. Wheat is addictive and causes blood sugar and satiety problems (thus hungry before bed). Offer only veggies, meat and small amounts of fruit... they'll get hungry and start eating it. Break the wheat addiction (same receptors in the brain as morphine). Just sayin'. ^_^ #WheatBelly

Wow! This is what my hubby and I go through with our 2 year old!!! To top it off, we are vegetarians!!! LOL! And even I want to shout "EAT YOUR EFFEN FOOD!!!"

We love this family! My kids are 6 yrs (girl) and 4 yrs old (boy), and we watch these together. Soooo funny! Very clever :-) Good family time for you guys.

This is how dinner went at my house for a long time! I was a masterfully picky eater until high school, and now I eat absolutely everything! There's still hope, especially with Frozen parodies.

OMG...so many opinions...he'll grow up and eventually eat his veggies. Most kids go through the same thing. He probably won't need counseling, therapy or blame you when he's 40 because you didn't force him to eat more vegetables when he was four years old. It is TRULY remarkable how large kids can grow on a diet of mac and cheese, corn dogs and chicken nuggets. Not a preferred diet mind you...but it will sort itself out. Great vid. Thanks. I hope you guys are as close as the videos suggest. The family dynamic suggests that you are. Kudos to you. Cheers.

when my siblings and I were kids at were being picky eaters, my parents used to tell us that we couldn't leave the table until we tried 3 of whatever we were refusing to eat on our plates. We complained of course, but it worked and showed us that even though something looks a certain way, you could really love it
At a friend's suggestion, we tried the whole "You don't leave the table until you eat your peas"....he just sat there, Bed time came, and we told him he would have to eat them for breakfast. The next morning, we offered them up for breakfast. After a lot of protest and fussing, he finally ate them! Come lunch time, when it was time to eat his sandwich, we busted him trying to spit the mashed up peas out of his mouth into a napkin. He had been holding those peas in the pocket of his cheek for almost 5 hours, like a squirrel! Didn't try that technique again :-)

A few of my grandsons were quite like this. Ironically, the only green vegetable one would eat was broccoli.
Exactly the same at our house! Finally got the little ones to eat carrots apple and celery with peanut butter to dip the veggies and apples in. Maybe not the healthiest for them but at least they are getting veggies and fruit

gosh reminds me of my brothers when we were kids...our parents were busy with work so as the eldest it is my responsibility to care for all 3 of them...this is what we do long time ago in the early 80's ....
I know I am only 11 and my brother is 15 and it's so hard to get him to eat veggies and sometimes fruit

I have a trick to get him to eat his veggies when he says he's hungry ask him if he wants some veggies if he says no tell him then you must not be hungry because if your hungry you would eat what was offerd
That's how it goes in our house too, if you won't eat what you're offered then you must not be that hungry. If they're truly hungry, they'll eat the fruits and veggies.
I don't ask I just get up in the middle of the night and make myself a sandwich or something the first time my mum caught me doing that I was only five....
I am now thirteen and have not been caught since...
I even made a batch of brownies once

I have a semi-bratty boy and the deal is veggies 1st. Sometimes the only thing on his plate is veggies...the rest comes after he's finished with them. Amazingly enough...I've only found veggies stashed behind the fridge ONCE and it's been working fabulously! Best wishes with the veggies :)
