dont know what clip youre talking about, but horses always have the right of way on trails. Exactly because of what happened at 2:14.
Bicyclists always think they have the right of way and never have to follow the rules of the road. Not true!
Safe practice is bikers stop and move to the side when approached by horses and to stop and ask the riders to move aside while walking the bikes past when overtaking horses. The idiots in the clip rode up on the horses from behind at speed. Horses can and will spook at things as minor as strange shadows or a branch in the wrong place. Noisy fast moving things like bikes will frighten any horse who hasn't been carefully trained explicitly to not spook at them - and there's no guarantee the trained horse won't spook anyway. It doesn't matter who technically has the right of way or how wide the trail is, if you scare the horse everyone involved is having a bad day.
@mattsgamesstreams6189 Doesnt matter if theres enough room, you dont just ride up on a horse. As I mentioned in my comment, If coming behind horses, carefully make yourself known so the rider can show the horse what is behind them. Most times rider will go to the side or get off the trail/road if possible to let you by. If horse is ok, they will say that you can go by them slowly. But yea, like you said, best to ask and always be cautious.
Dont know why they didnt let this last guy get off the trail like the others, maybe he didnt hear or something, but it was really shitty of them. And then they didnt even stop when it started freaking out.
@@mattsgamesstreams6189 people should learn how to behave around horses to simply stay alive xD being mad and surprised that prey animal got spooked over noisy, fast and appearing out of nowhere object is like being surprised that hot coffee can burn a tongue xD being reckless around horses can result in deaths, it's the matter of survival instinct here, if you don't have it, you can have your right of way and enjoy it in your grave. Not to mention a bike is totally controllable, you can stop it and get off at any time, a living creature with mind of their own like a horse can and will act unpredictable if feel threaten. But as we can see, being logical and not ignorant is hard for some people, that's why situations like at 2:14 happens and comments like yours exists.

All spiders are venomous. Here in Northern Europe (I’m English) spiders aren’t strong enough to bite through human skin but their venom is used to catch smaller prey.
Um, I’m not checking my shoes "with my hand," as you do. Between tarantulas, black widows, brown recluses, and scorpions, sticking your fingers into a shoe is the best way to become envenomated. You turn the shoe over and shake it.

From a delivery driver's perspective, it very well could have been dry when it was dropped off. Also, if you can't be bothered to be home for a delivery like that, then make sure there's a place to put it out of the elements that the driver can get to. If you know there's the possibility you'll be at work when the delivery date is set, just have it delivered to your place of work. Your first reaction shouldn't be to be pissed at the driver. They're doing their best, usually.
