Mate, The software of Vivo Chinese version is OriginOs. The global version comes with Funtouch. I personally like Funtouch more than originOs. Many people hate Funtouch but i honestly don't mind it. Sure not better than colorOs but It's a good software overall. Snappy and stable. That's all it matters ^^

I have to give it to Vivo, they do make some very attractive looking phones.
I've watched every single review of Vivo x100 pro available and you are the only one who mentioned Android Auto and smartwatch connectivity (I have Samsung Watch 4) won't work! Wait for international version, that version will have support for all of things what u mentioned.
Get the global version if you want those features. It's something that should've been stated in the video.

I've got Vivo IQOO Neo 5. Although being a quite budget model, the hardware, software and updates are outstanding! Even the photo quality is extremely good (though it's positioned nowhere near a "cameraphone" class).
Going for a newer Vi IQOO model!
I have been using many flagships this year and I would say when it comes to portrait vivo is far better than other brands, what I hate about it are the curved screen which limit your vision and the battery draining too quickly.
This phone arrived at wonda with global version but hong Kong model. What does that mean for me as a potential buyer? Why do they specify its a hong kong model if its global version?

what about the performance category
the 3000 nits is not really for direct sunlight but more so for HDR content. the higher the nits the less the hdr content you display needs to be compromised in its quality. Even 5000 nits would not be too much

The only point in your point ranking system that I disagree with is "price." I don't really think the price of a device is much of determining factor of how good (or bad) a device is, overall. Because if someone really wants a device I think they'll buy it, no matter the price. 💲

I was thinking about jumping on this phone, but you made some good points... I just wish the Find X7 Pro would get a global release.... All I want is the 1" sensor with an 8 Gen 3 and 1/2" or bigger wide and tele cameras without bad software.. I hear the X100 Pro has throttling issues and the Galaxy software is complete garbage and nobody can tell me different. Plus they're ugly and I don't want an S pen. Last Galaxy I had was the S21 Ultra and it disappointed like every one before it by lagging like crazy, and now they're dropping to 5x, using a relatively small 200mp sensor which btw the resolution doesn't make ANY difference, and lastly, they're way overpriced. I just want OnePlus to release the Find X7 Pro clone as a OnePlus 12 Ultra and I could lock my phone in for the next 4 years.
Just received mine today from wonda, excellent phone but i can't really see any difference between phones on Vivo x90 pro plus,i even believe x90 Pro plus is better.
If only it was a bit smaller. D:

Lol forget about compact size phones. Vivo won't give u that. If you care about small phones. You'd probably need to get asus Zenphone 10 or a pixel 8

even the front video is 1080p its still better than most phones even better than the ip15 specially at night
After my horrible experience with Xiaomi 14 i won't trust to buy Chinese rom. When the software dont function properly, doesn't matter what phone you're using. I sent it back and they refund me after they've agreed the phone has issues. Notifications issues. No call. Whatsapp and... Many people have same issues with Xiaomi 14 and 14 pro

For me. When it comes to camera. Vivo is number 1 and then followed by Xiaomi and Oppo.
What about gaming performance?? It's a flagship phone. Try Honkai Star Rail or something to showcase.

I disagree. A phone without 5G connectivity and Google mobile services is better? How's that even possible? Again. Not Saying, it's a bad device, Huawei make fantastic phones but those compromises won't make it defeat any phone on the market not just Vivo
