Instead of fighting an actual 168 champion, Canelo chose to fight a 154 fighter, wanted to fight a 160 fighter (but didn’t get the fight which is why he left PBC) and he wanted to fight a 147 fighter
Now he’s gonna fight Berlanga or Munguía knowing damn well those guys need to be fighting one another and Morrell Jr.-not Canelo.

Because the vast majority of them are actually out here fighting multiple times a year. And the few of them that are not get the same treatment.
But PBC fighters, by far, are way more inactive. Caleb fought twice in the last 2 years. He hasn't fought in a year, and he has no fight lined up. PBC literally has no fight dates scheduled for him or anyone past this March 30 card. So when do you think he's gonna get back in the ring? Inactivity is terrible for fighters.
Btw, who wants to cross over to the PBC now? They have no fight dates, they obviously have no money, and they're falling apart. Make it make sense. Fighters need to do what's right for their own careers. They need to hurry up and jump ship, just like Wilder, Matías, etc.

I'd love to see Plant vs Charlo next. I think it makes the most sense. PBC signed this deal with Amazon and they need to start putting on some good fights. If they got Plant vs Charlo, Davis vs Martin, Benavidez vs Gvozdyk. Get Spence in there with someone like Lubin in his super welterweight debut. That's a good fight. If Crawford is sticking around with them, he should be fighting the winner of Tszyu vs Thurman. Shit if Ennis is staying with them, they should make Benn an offer. That's a pretty good schedule me. PBC needs to get there shit together and start making some good fights.
