Metrorunner is the newest game from Thunderworks Games - leaving the world of Ulos and entering the cyberpunk world of Mirror City's underworld where players will need to work, hack and complete jobs to build influence, gain notoriety, and come out on top. Metrorunner has great mixture of mechanics, from Rondel to Engine Building, with a really cool spacial puzzle hacking element.

Being a runner in Mirror City's underworld ain't easy, but you're determined to make a name for yourself amidst all the opportunities a dystopian future has to offer. After all, you're the sharpest hacker in your district, right? Keep a wary bio-enhanced eye over your shoulder as you ride the Metro, though, because other runners are determined to cut in on your action!
Metrorunner is a competitive worker-movement and resource-collection game for 1-5 players set in a high-tech neon future featuring a tile-puzzle mini-game. Circling the districts of Mirror City on the Metro line, you compete for resources as you race to fulfill contracts for the ruthless and greedy mega-corporations. Grow your influence and gain reputation, squeezing every credit you can from corrupt factions, while you secretly steal their data for your home district!
Carefully plot your path around the city to avoid and cut off other runners, while taking opportunities to use your skills and upgrades to hack into network nodes. Manipulate the circuitry of a central tile grid, cleverly altering the pathways of an ever-changing puzzle to breach the firewalls.
Secure your influence and notoriety by completing tricky jobs across the city, hijacking black market tech, and spending your hard-earned credits wisely. Only then will you rise above the competition, earning a coveted place within the power struggle of Mirror City.
At the end of the line, will you win the respect of the underworld, or fade into obscurity?

Thanks for the review. but it was lacking information about
1: movement of the pawns (1 or 2 steps for free, 1 step per additional cube, once per turn a step for a discarded job card)
2: hacking, same as above (1 or 2 steps for free, 1 step per additional cube, once per turn a step for a discarded job card)
3: what about the credits? boosting is such an awesome element in this game!
spend 1 credit for a car ride (get wherever you want)
spend 1 credit for crashing the job market (renew job market)
spend 2 credits for a step on influence or notoriety track, whichone is lower, but decide if same
spend 2 credits for an extra-action, but not the same action in one turn.
4: Solo Mode! Such an awesome Automa! Easy to handle, works like a charm.

I appreciate the comment, and we actually did cover briefly some of those topics, but our main focus in this, since it was a review (opinion) and not a preview (full game overview) was to share my experience and feelings about the game and let that either draw people in and make them want to seek out more, or to decide it's not for them. We intentionally avoided getting too deep into the detailed rules that would have both drawn out the video and made it longer and also taken time away from talking about our thoughts on the game.
We will likely cover it again around the retail release and probably cover more of those details at that point.
