Hello and thank you for this video I love the way you simplified this process in your instructions. I love that you keep it short and sweet too! I'm looking forward to watching more of your videos. This didn't work for me though. In my case the credit card review window shows the payment received on 3/2/19 but the bank account it was paid from shows 3/4/19 so when I did the transfer as you instructed in your video and refreshed the screen in the bank account preview window the payment is still sitting there. I am presuming that it's because there are 2 days between the transfer. Is this why it's not working for me?

You are welcome! Regarding the question about the credit card payment - I believe you are referring to another video. It would not work if the dates aren't the same. You can enter a transfer in QBO directly (from the + sign) and then match (of "find a match" in the bank feeds.

What if the client hasn't synced his bank to QBO yet? Am I required to begin the bank reconciliation with syncing it? Or I could opt to uploading the bank statement csv file? Which is better way since I am cleaning up the whole year. Thank you!

You can definitely import that banking transactions using a CSV file.
