Two Panel Print & Apply

This print & apply system featuring the UPA II applies labels to the leading panel and adjacent top panel to various sizes of cartons. Upon download of label format, the system will print and dispense the label out onto the jointed vacuum head. As the product passes through the labeling station it runs into the spring loaded applicator door applying the front half of the label and then continues to wipe the label onto the top.
This rugged unit is mounted to a heavy duty "U" base stand on leveling pads and casters. The unit is rated at 20-24 products per minute.
