How to fix (vegas pro has stopped working) when hit render | Sony Vegas problem

A simple tutorial on how to fix the random crash or freeze that might occur when you want to render a video in Sony Vegas Pro 16/17/18/19/20.
the problem is in KERNELBASE.dll or (0xe0434352) or quicktime but the solution is one

This worked the first time and I was able to render a few videos with no problem. That was a couple weeks ago and now I'm trying to render again and keep crashing. I've done a reset of ctrl+shift+enter, clear cache; GPU accelerator is off; Multi-Core is set to non-default options. Any other suggestions?
