They are similar to what we see here in my city except of course the fact that we are a 1000 miles from any sea or beach - you guys are lucky!

4 sei 5 murder ho chukei hain ab tak emaar mei or alcoholic people lived in these apartments some one get in other,s house drunked harassment case suicides attempt s also lot of apstarts lived parties dances so many behayayi and drugs taking people with 9 to 10 carore rupees 70 thousand rupees maintainance expensive apartments
Please share apartment details. Total bed/bath, Area, Purchase & rental prices. Is it bad due to smell of water & moisture in the air? I’m considering for myself. Thank you.
What about the construction material used for building since it is right next to the beach ,and looking at seaviews all their appliances and the home. From.the inside spoils.due to.the corrosion caused . So how do you manqge
Looking to make the move here from North America. Any drawbacks? We will only be looking to rent for a year to get a feel for the place and then make a longer term decision from there.

I dont live in emaar n i m not drowning..... any city can hav such mishaps, just look at dubai after rain... karachi has many developed n good areas to live , i live in north nazimabad n havnt faced any prblms....

Actually I don’t know why but all our electronic devices are working just fine. They apparently did not get affected by the humidity.
