Options - PCOS, Asherman Syndrome, Tubal Block,

2) 6 weeks - shock - Ectopic pregnancy .

ok... if its just asked 'pmb' and no ca cervix choice is given then we say endometrial atrophy... not ca endometrium.

@@drprassan sir one of the question was treatment of septate uterus ....Was laproscopic excision right anwser....Most of the students say it is metro plasty...but in your nots metroplasty is for bi cornate uterus
Q-6 ladies was 7 week pregnant
there was dose criteria for only mifepristone(200ug)not for misoprostol
Exactly I also think because I read 4 times that question and I am so confuse........question laganuge is not so simple ...

we can advised patient to take Mifepristol 200mg Orally with 200mcg Misoprostol × 2 Orally & 2 Vaginally .
In India market use get Unwanted 72 with this combination .

Ok. even with the POP mentioned, I'll advise CuT as the best option here

Approval of 1 Doctor needed upto how many weeks according to MTP Act 2021 . That was the question I guess.
till 20 weeks... and after 20 we need 2 doctors
Yes it was asked about 1 doctor only
It mentioned > 1 doc like this I guess
In question > this symbol was before 1 I think
It was asked like " > 1 doctor approval needed for MTP"
20 wk one doctor required and after 20-24 wk 2 doctors required in mtp
Doc there was a question which hysterectomy cause ureter injury
site of the ureteric injury was asked? then its the place where the ureter crosses the uterine artery
@@drprassandoc they didn't ask the site of injury, but they mentioned which hysterectomy causes ureter injury
And in option there was abdominal hysterectomy.
Sir in Q5 , progesterone only pills was also given in the option .
We can't Give POPs for 3 yrs
Indication only is Lactating mother & Sickle cell anemia
Q2 all options were of endometrium pathology

3. Misopristol followed by mifepristone
4. Misopristol 600ug
1) MiFepristone (First) 200mg stat
MiSoprostol (Second) 200mcg × 2 vaginally and orally

@@dr.saurabh5202 it will be mifepristone 200 mg then mifepristol 200 mircogram 4 tablets so 800 microgram vaginally ( not orally)
How many questions come from obg in total can anyone tell....
