- We had an excellent weekend in Wales exploring Elan Valley and Strata Florida. With perfect weather we travelled at an average of 15.4mph for 56 miles in just under 6 hours. Our members camped at a local campsite on Saturday night and met at 9am on Sunday. Attendees were split into 2 groups to tackle the Welsh terrain, countless photo opportunities, take a swim in the river and end the day with a drink in the pub.

Looks bloody awesome guys miss the old country back drop I live in Australia now and have just got myself a 2020 Wildtrak. Always had 4Bs. Keep up the good work .🤠🇦🇺
What safety modifications would be useful for rangers? I need to get some for work for cross country driving.
Hi Jack, all-terrain tyres are always one of our first recommendations for any off-roading. Following that, underbody protection as well as recovery items and safety gear like fire extinguisher and med kit. Contact us if you'd like specific recommendations!
First 👍
Awesome but I certainly wouldn’t put my Ranger MRST through that. No way! It’s akin to wearing a Black Tuxedo and then mixing cement with a shovel and a Cement Mixer.
The MSRTs are very nice. Would be fine on some of the lighter off-roading as long as you don't mind the mud!
@@RangerClubUK Nope! I wouldn’t risk it! Stunning looking vehicle that certainly won’t be abused!
@@Nicholas-db5sl msrt's are so nice. I would recommend you to tune the engine to get some more power out of it. They are very capable engines
Hahahaha very good analogy 👏 🤣 I would be exactly the same with my beloved hilux invincible X
When you buy a 4x4 the real joy is in taking it off road.. just choose where your limits of risk lie.. mud is part of it but you don’t have to opt for wallowing in it.. I think without this we are then driving manufacturers to produce crap like the new defenders and the completely pointless modern range rovers of modern times.. they have just become featureless money pits that you dare not stray to far from a dealership with. One does not have to thrash their 4x4s to really enjoy them.. I too would love to know where to take 4x4’s off-road with low risk in damaging panels, and trashing underneath etc. great to teach wives and girlfriends the ways of off roading..
How do you insure these? I can't find anyone who will insure modified vans in the uk?
Apologies for the late response. There are a few great options for insuring them, we've partnered with A-Plan, Brentacre and Greenlight to offer our members bespoke and discounted prices. There's also another handful of alternative options!
That repetitive rock soundtrack is distracting
