I made this charger using 12-0-12 5amps transformer and 300w buck converter to charge 24v lithium phasphate battery but charging current is not increasing above 0.75amps.pls give me any solution.

You cannot call this a charger. This is just like a variable power supply. For charging lithium packs you should add balancing circuit.
