This was a great drama with incredible acting, an impressive plot, and ofc- well-developed characters who are neither white nor black.
Lee Do-Hyun's acting was laudable, as always. The way he pulled off being a 7-year-old- hats off to him. With this, I would also like to add that other actors' acting- especially Ra Mi Ran, how we came to appreciate the mom from hating her at the beginning, Ahn Eun Ji- how beautifully she portrayed the character of Mi-Joo (Mi Joo is is one of the coolest characters in the history of Kdrama, and Yoo In-soo- the way he played Sam-shik as a despicable yet hilarious character was some top-notch acting. Undoubtedly, this is gonna be in my top fav kdrama of all time!

He convinced us that he is the rebel son; the cold-hearted prosecutor; and a seven-year-old-trapped-in- a man's-body all rolled into one with his stellar performance in THE GOOD BAD MOTHER. For sure, he will receive numerous awards for this series and will be swarmed by good projects in the future. Congratulations, Lee Dohyun!

Reading the pitch I was not convinced a grown man could play a 7 years old ( even tho he is one of my fav actor ) but Lee Dohyun face expressions and body language were just on point, he did convince me he was a kid and really reminded me of my younger self. The duality between his cold prosecutor character and the kind hearted 7 years old kid just showed the extent of his acting skills.
So true! At first I thought it was because the way he was dressed and his haircut, but then he dressed like a prosecutor and acted like a 7 year - and it suited the scene perfectly- which honestly blew my mind!

This movie is a masterpiece huhu, the acting is top tier (it's my first time watching Lee Do Hyun too, he's so good😭, the scene where his mother forced her to eat then he starts crying? Oh my god the acting is so amazing, applausing and all) it's so sad that the episodes were shortened, plus it could've been 10x better if they didn't rushed the ending. Still, it is one of the best slice of life genres drama 🤞 It's the very first k-series I've watched and dayummm, it's was worth it.

I have been watching kdramas since 2017 and this is the first time that I have seen a *PERFECT* casting and a *PERFECT* story-telling.
I am so thankful that I got into Asian dramas ^_^ Definitely life-changing
I liked how every character was fleshed out - you can't say a character was purely evil or purely good- which is a major improvement from the early days of kdrama.
Also, I loved the male lead and female lead of this drama - they were equally badass and sweetheart.
