One of my favorite franchises as a kid. Crysis 1 and 3 were my favorites because in those games you actually got to use the Ceph weapons and they were amazing. I honestly would like a crysis 4 since only one ship was blown up and Prophet stated there were many spire across the world so unless they were taken down during or before Crysis 3 there is a potential story.
From how Crysis 3 ended, I think the spires were taken down before

In crysis 3 you find an audio log saying that both nomad and Lockhart are still alive and Lockhart is now in a nanosuit and is hunting nomad
Crysis Legion is a pretty good read in my opinion. It goes into expansive detail about the changes made to Alcatraz by the suit's assimilation, even discusses some of the theoretical science behind some of the suits evolving functions. 10/10
highly recommend if you're into realistic Sci-fi in your books.

Thanks Donte I really wanted to know the story of this game cuz I have crysis 2 and I played it as a little kid but I couldn’t understand the story and when I tried to play it a few weeks ago the game wouldn’t start so this is really helpful to fulfill my crysis mental health that has been empty since I was in the 5 grade

Speaking of burning up a laptop, my computer literally exploded from the original Crysis.. I overclocked every system like crazy to be able to play Crysis on Max in 2007, and I managed to accomplish it, then I smell chemical smoke... Then a Korean Soldier threw a grenade at me (in-game), and let's just say that was the most realistic explosion sound I ever heard..
The chemical smell from my computer ended up going through the entire hallway of my floor..

Great to hear you're making a continuation of the DOOM Slayer saga with the Ancient Gods DLC. The biggest factor you forgot to mention in the previous video was The Father/VEGA, who's pretty much responsible for the whole thing. And lets not forget about the Primevals.
Get this, in Hugo Martin's livestreams, he drops a lot of interesting tidbits about the Primevals. For example, the Maykr's were given their physical bodies by another Primeval, not Davoth. And Hugo even answers that there is an entity even powerful than a Primeval, in his Urdak + Final Sin livestream. From the sounds of it, the Primevals seem like they could be the "true" angels of the DOOM universe.

@@TheBlackMastadonte Yeah, though actually, looking back at Hugo Martin's Urdak + Final Sin stream, as well as looking at an old comment thread on a DOOM lore video by Midnight, it was never really mentioned outright that it was another Primeval that gave the Maykrs their physical bodies. So that's my bad.
What was really said was that they just started out as your typical AI assistants until...they all of a sudden got physical bodies by someone else. Hugo never really mentioned on who gave them their bodies since it'd likely be spoilers for a future installment. I don't exactly know where I got that it was another Primeval like Davoth that gave them their bodies, but....again, that's my B.
If it helps, try looking through some DOOM lore videos or Hugo Martin's interviews and livestreams where he talks about lore. They're apparently working on a lorebook that'll make things easier for everybody.
And it's likely possible, that that Mysterious voice who screamed out "NOOOOOO!" after the death of the Khan Maykr, is the "one true god" who creates the Primevals, or in my opinion, the being who created the Maykrs their physical bodies.
And also, from what I remember at least, it was confirmed by Hugo in an interview, that the Wretch who built the Praetor Suit is a Sentinel, not a demon. Which...thinking about it makes sense, since the Praetor Suit does look like a modernized version of the ancient green sentinel armor, especially Doomguy's.
But yeah, there is still a LOT on unanswered questions and open ends. Like the World Spear with all those Wraiths in stasis (which I personally thought they were all extinct until that point), The Seraphim/Samuel Hayden/Samur Maykr is still alive, so who knows what happens next.

Crysis 4 could be about another survivor of nano suit who escaped the skinning proses. Plot wise it's about them fighting against the remnants from the remaining spire

So we finally get a happy ending for once.......YAY! I mean yeah Alcatraz is no longer alive by the end of 2 and Prophet is STILL using his body by the end of 3 but hey at least we finally do have a happy ending. While by the time we got to 2, it turned into a very odd plot, the story has a conclusion and didn't need a follow up so great job Donte and.......Buffed up Power Rangers.........why does that sound cool lol. Anyway, good job!

Crysis 2 is not open world but it is open in terms of how you play it. You have so many ways to clear the missions that it's actually really good.

isaac clarke is stronger than prophet confirmed. prophet only fought in space using a suit...isaac fought in space. that's it. cuz as far as i remember, (dont rely on it, my memory is trash) isaac fought a giant necromorph in space. no over-powered suit. if there was a suit, it wasnt as strong as the nano suit. so i feel like with good equipment, isaac can beat prophet in a battle
You're right. Isaac's suit for the most part was just for protection. Everyone here needed super powerz

Interesting history of the Ceph, except there are a few problems you've missed the point:
The Koreans are excavating and guarding the alien tech without listening to reasons, because they're very concerned about the Americans getting their hands on the Ceph technology, if you pay attention.
Admiral Morrison had to nuke the island very quickly as he feared the Ceph would gather forces, and spread all over the globe, killing everyone. He did listen to Helena, but Morrison was very concerned about the Ceph spreading around the globe. Yes, the nuclear strike on the Ice Sphere would initiate Stage 2 and give birth to the Alpha Ceph, but they didn't know about it, not even Helena.
(side note, I'm not really sure if the comic book is canon because, there are contradictories from the games, such as Nomad's death, time travel, Ceph somehow initiating Stage 2 without the Spore, and Prophet's history with the CIA agent, and I don't think CryTek knew that)
(and, in my opinion, Crysis 3 would've been interesting if most of the CELL were replaced with the Stage 2 Ceph that successfully destroyed every major city using guerilla warfare tactics, even capturing Prophet and skinning Psycho, before building another Lithoship to complete their invasion, while some of the CELL depending on which environment were replaced with scavengers killing everyone for their loot in order to make it realistic)
The Nanosuit is like the combination of Mjonir Armor and Predator but in steroids.
The Nanosuit gives the user Enhance Strength, Tactical feedback that allows the wearer to choose different tactical options, Virtual Invulnerability, Enhance Speed, Ability to turn Invisible and lastly Insane amount of Healing Factor.
Shouldn’t have recovered this memories.

I agree that the story ran its course, but I would not be opposed to an actual remake like Demons Souls but with the max graphical potential a pc could handle nowadays. Also, would you consider Siegfried from Soul Caliber for an honest gaming history Donte?
