    I really thank you Nithin for taking time to spread awareness...Their incompetent tech team not able to narrow down the faulty charger, faulty MCB leading to household appliances getting damaged is one thing for which I hope you will get compensated .
    The other aspect is MG not honouring their battery replacement promises if it range reduces drastically.Forget 8 years not even within 1 year cases they seem to be dealing as per agreement. Instead they are debugging the issue for 8 months and don't mind causing inconvenience to owner.. I hope you get your car battery completely replaced or ur entire money back..you deserve it.All the best bro

    I have Zs Ev from last 1 years i have 2021 model and i am very satisfied with my car in this video the customer are going defend the car manufacturer company but trust me i dont have any issue like that and i recommend this EV for every customer 👍👍

    Have been using ZS EV in Jharkhand happily without any flaws so far, somehow I reached this video and came across such a mess this man is dealing with MG. Probably it could be a faulty unit but MG should cooperate to solve his issues. Although, I never had a bad experience with MG so far. The car has a great mileage, approx 350-360 kms in Normal mode with 70% AC. Mine is the 2022 recent model which claims 461kms. Charging never gave any issues, neither the service of MG, nor the product itself. I am really sad to hear about this video altogether. Let me know if I could be of any help to you my brother.

    Seems to be a problem with this specific unit but then yes company should take appropriate action and help customer fix the problem. I have seen lot of videos of MG ZS EV where customers are very happy. So I feel this is an isolated issue. Hope the customer gets justice in this scenario.

      Agreed, Manufacturer are good, if they just give little more attention to the service part that dealerships or service people are working properly or not? then it would be more better and their name won't be on fire.

      Congratulations for booking Nexon EV. We look forward to soon see your video of the multitude of problems that you have with your Nexon EV. Probably if you would have seen a video on the negative experience on Nexon EV you would have even avoided booking that. 😅 Best option is a bycycle. The only issue with it would have been the low mileage 😂.

    Completely disagree because the after sales service of mg is excellent. Already we have hector in my family. The car is excellent and their service is also good. I don’t no how you don’t get the same service. Very sad toh see the story.

    When such incidents of poor service continues then how people are encouraged to for EV as Tata Motors service dealer is not extremely satisfaction service provider .Plenty of proof available on You Tube

    Yeh aunty toh Pagal Hai but still MG is at fault of not resolving it in a time bound manner.. She said they got wiring changed then charger was changed could be a wiring issue at their place nd a separate free load is specified of 7.5 kw hope they had all that earlier also. Pls pursue in consumer court nd claim complete damages...

    The customer himself have openly admitted that he didn't know at that point that this was a fault, and he was made to accept by not just MG, but also the electricians that heating is normal. Earthing, Cheap(or duplicate) MCB and wiring has caused this fire in all of the house which is 100% preventable by MCB alone and if the MCB worked then the electrician is to blame he surely must have taken shortcuts in wiring. MG has design fault with keeping charging unit in front of car where most likely place for collision cant expect better from China and charger is also faulty. But this customer got deceived by electrician and MG also the electric suppliers in India do not provide the most cleanest electricity.

    I don't understand what was the purpose of buying this car ?
    Luxury or economy ?
    I think the buyer is also at fault, as per law there's a rule which says let the buyer be aware.
    There are few thing which buyer didn't take into consideration while making such a big transaction. it seems this was an impulsive buying.
    How silly his statement was that they should have told us at the time of sales. Sellers are not bound to disclose their demerits/faults. it's the buyers responsibility to do research and take a responsible decision. Obviously good salesman are made that way, they will only tell goody goodies about their product and can even show demarits like a feature without making any claim.
    Buyer don't know anything about how electric vehicle works and he made a decision of buying an electric car worth 27lac and then blaming the seller.
    A smart buyer only believe in the review given by time to take a decision as the third party reviews and seller praise about the product can be manipulated. Time never lies it always gives you the true picture post market response. So, always hold and wait for the right time. Few people just to show their status in society/family try to become the first or early buyer of some product & make silly purchase/mistakes.

    I believe that this is a serious issue with the dealer and also providing the defective vehicle to the customer. Secondly, I believe the manufacturer hasn't provided proper training and knowledge regarding the vehicle to the technicians which is very important. Secondly, if the dealers themselves are cheaters, then who will have the confidence to purchase vehicles from them? If the battery is fully down I can agree that there is a problem but the hanging off the vehicle is totally surprising. On the whole, I believe this is a bad experience for the owner with the worst service provider/dealer. When the customers express problems rather than defending the manufacturer the dealer should take such problems seriously with the manufacturers and give justice to the customer, only then the public will have confidence in the dealer. However, there are more positive reviews I have seen about this vehicle, now I think it depends on the dealer who is in the market who truly is interested to provide service to the customers thereby increasing his sales and popularity. Only when the central government realizes that they have to provide more subsidies to Indian Brands, then the cost of the EV vehicles will increase and Indian Car Manufacturers such as TATA and MAHINDRA can provide vehicles with better specs and purchase-worthy options to the people. But when politicians are minting money how will they realize this!! The first thing is that the Dealership of that person has to be cancelled by MG. I was just about to book this car within a short time.

    90% of the problems were created by the guy and his mother.
    Firstly, opt for registration in the same city you live in. Becomes easy to follow up on the status. Also ask for the copy of receipt when you make the payment
    Secondly, the problem was not with the charger but your house internal wiring. It might not be capable of taking a 7kw load on the wire
    Thirdly, expect the car to misbehave after you get into an accident. That is common with every car
    Fourthly, he never mentions if the car hanged after or before the accident
    And lastly, video could have been shorter and more interesting, if you had removed more scenes of Mummyji living her life in front of the camera

    I think this is the issue with almost all vendors, I bought Ola and my society mates and others bought ather, they too complained the same thing about ASS.
    Check about Tata, you may get worse feedback.

    It seems employees do not seem to have expertee of this car. May be Mg astor being highly advanced car, small technical default is not easy to find out by untrained staff. But above all customers should not be made to run from pillar to post.

    We people pay lot of money for these vehicles but service is very poor .this is not the only case seen many cases in CZcams itself customer service is very poor . mostly because of targets sales people lie to do more sales and finish targets , service people will lie to close cases fast to complete targets . first company people should remove targets for employees . then only at least they will listen and care for customer .. If companies don't pay resonable salaries and pressure employees to work more this will be the result. And they don't even care because company don't pay them enough money to handle these issues. Ultimately customer suffers. People say ev vehicles are safe and pollution free but while making that lithium batteries they cause more pollution More than 100 cars of diesel for life time. Better buy normal vehicles only than ev till all problems are sorted out.

    But personally, I think this is the fault of a customer, here's why, If you are an owner of an EV you have to be smart enough to understand the technical aspects, just blaming the product is not the solution always. If he was aware of the error signal or charge durations then this wouldn't happen, this is why awareness is important.
