I have contacted fossil and have confirmed with them that Flipkart and Amazon are their dealers so yes u can buy them online without any worries. But don't go for any other site except for these 2... No worries fossil watches comes packed in the steel case/box there is no plastic box but if you still want to make sure if your watch is genuine you can get it checked from any fossil retailer they will let you know

Don't say the shop guys u brought from online because they r lazy enough to check and let u know... Say someone gifted this to u. And u wanted to check if it's authentic. They will let you know... If they say fake then u can return the product and get your money back. Depends on the dealer... Also few shop keepers will say every watch is fake if it wasn't purchased from their store...

U might have probably set it to afternoon 12. That's the issue. Try winding it to 12 and set the date again it should work.
