- My first video longer than one hour! Sorry but I just kept fixing and filming! Anyway, I disassembled the whole cutting deck, grinded off (most of) the rust and painted it. Then I changed a bunch of parts and put it all back together. At the end there is a short test run. Enjoy!

Are you still reading! Wow!
Have a great day! - Auta a dopravní prostředky
I made two threaded holes on the pulley, two screws and a crossbar and I have no problems. Good work
Thanks! Ok! What pulley was it!?
Pulley of the central blade of the rider 13 C year 2006.
A good day
Snyggt! Mycket bra video, bra inspiration inför vinterns projekt!
Tack!
Nice work as always and igot my rider working as well. they didnt charge me for the oring. So i got my lawn mowed now and it looks nice again. have a nice weekend 🙂
Thanks and great! So the problem was a o-ring! Good that you got it up and running! Have a nice weekend you too.
You did a great job it seems 😀
Thanks! It works great now!
Nice Rider! i have also a PF21 and 15Pro makes a lot of fun! Regards Stephan
Thanks! Wow a PF and a 15PRO! You have an expensive (good) taste when it comes to Riders!
I like it😁
Tack!
Looks great nice job Nils and yes a press would be a good tool to have for me as well
I plan on making a simple one myself but it is probably cheaper to find a used one.
@@NilsKall yes used would be a good way to go as I don't think much could go wrong with one and making it yourself time is money
Good job Nils, its like new now lol.
Thanks, yes it cleaned up great, but perhaps not like new.
Did i finally hear an authentic swedish way of saying "Husqvarna"?
Would be a shame if I as a Swedish person couldn’t pronounce Husqvarna.
Good video Nils ! Always interesting😀
Thank you! I was afraid it was a bit too long but seems most people like that.
@@NilsKall its never too long when its about husqvarna 😀 i got 2 myself i didnt get up and running this summer, now i just wonder if i should total restore at least one and start looking forward to next summer 😂
@@Behaviorist1 a full restoration could be a good idea, parts are still (mostly) available and the functionality is almost the same as a new rider. At least if you have a hydrostatic one.
And I personally think these are more durable than a new. Yes i have two with hydrostat, one 16 with the "heavy duty" K55 hydrostatic and one regular 13. Both with bio clipping deck. I love these riders 😀 and i am learning so much from your videos, so keep it up !
great job. ciao from italia. and like 30
Thank you! Ciao!
Nice work nils now it just needs a lite bar on the front so u can blind drivers when u cut grass in traffic 😂
Don’t forget about the wildlife! I could disturb that too! Haha, it’s crazy how many morons there are out there commenting CZcams videos.
@@NilsKall hahahaha
It’s husqvarna rider time!!!
Next one will NOT be a Husqvarna Rider video or not even a lawnmover video at all!
@@NilsKall haha I thought u we’re gonna change your name to nillskallvarna rider u tube channel 🤣
@@TheHomePros6221 HA! Good name but I want to make other videos too.
Nice rebuild, I lost track of how many times you change your shirt. HaHa
Thanks! I lost track on how much work I put in to this! It was supposed to be a quick cheap restoration but it took many months and got quite expensive.
@@NilsKall Well it's in great shape now. Do you sell them when your done with them?
@@mikesworld60 not at once, I have had 2 ones before. I sold the first one (a Rider 13 with another cutting deck) when I found a Rider 16. Then I sold the Rider 16 after a year because the prices of used ones was so high. Bought my heat pump for that money. And then I got this one because I wanted one with a narrow cutting deck and I hated the Stiga Villa so I had to change that one. My plan is to keep this one but you never know, plans sometimes change.

Hi , how about getting the deck galvanized dipped ,I did mine super job .
Nice work 👍
Hi, didn’t think about that! How much did it cost you and did you have to do any pre-work?
@@NilsKall Hi, yes dismantled the full deck and got it sandblasted,
Then got it hot dipped galvanized.
Have picture of finished job.
Sandblasting, 80 euro
Galvanizing. ,45 euro
@@seanconroy1372 nice! I don’t think that it would be that cheap in Sweden. Asked about sand blasting from a company and they wanted 200 euro for it. And this was a couple of years ago.
@@NilsKall thanks for the reply , your deck is a great job and will probably last as long or longer than mine . enjoy!,
I can't up load pictures here ,I can send to your email if you want to see them, if not no worries.

Husqvarna grå NCS S8000n
Husqvarna orange RAL 2004
Dessa stämmer ganska bra.
Tack!
Nice work Nils. 🔧⚒🔩
Thank you! Everything OK with you?
Everything is going great here. Very busy summer.
I also like batterydriven tools and cars. Have you ever tried the battery Husqvarna rider (or is it Stiga?). They are unfortunately so expensive so I cant afford it but I would love one. I never see anyone second hand either…
Battery powered are usually great but the Husqvarna Rider battery has lots of problems. The motors that drives the blades are apparently not sealed enabled so there has been some water issues. The battery Rider is also based on the 1 series and that is not as good as the 2 series and the older riders. I wish they make a 2 series Husqvarna battery Rider. The old Stiga Park battery use lead acid batteries so I don’t think it is that great and the new one looks like a real budget version but it costs a lot of money. I will test my friends battery powered zero turn and make a video of that eventually.
@@NilsKall Thank you so very much for all your videos, they are fantastic. I just bought a Jonsered FR 2315 MA (only backweeldrive) and I love it. Its second hand but its been serviced every year and in very good shape I think. Your videos makes me understand more about it and gives me the courage to service it myself! So a big thank you to you!
@@gustavgron2252 you are welcome, glad you like them!
Batterifordon och maskiner är skräp.. lägg ner!
@@dannesvanstrom3408 mycket som är skräp enligt dig!
I think I mite like the husky more than my John Deere now haha
That Deere is cool too! Don’t jinx it!! (But repair videos are always fun)
@@NilsKall I wish I had a power broom like u got!!
@@TheHomePros6221 That thing is great! Now I need to adopt it to the other Rider, this rider will be a dedicated cutting machine.
