Note that dying in any room will result in you not receiving task completion for that room (except for the speed times). Avoid dying by clicking saradomin brews and killing the boss before it kills you.
Maiden:
0:00 Stop Right There!
Stand in the north-eastern most corner and wait for Maiden to throw blood. Then complete the room without stepping in any blood. By far the easiest task HM task.
Bloat:

I used the 3 rows method where one person stays in each of the respective rows around the pillars. This task is tricky and requires a lot of patience/phoenix necklaces. If you are in the third row don't be afraid to cross to other rows (when your teammates are far away) or just put on pnecks and let bloat run over you. It is not possible to outrun bloat when he is running so this is the best way to avoid flying your team too much. You can also try getting the ranger at maiden to pneck the first down and go for a very safe 3 down, but I would recommend against this.
After doing this task a few more times, I can say it makes much more sense to use a 2 row method (2 people in the closest row, 1 person in the 2nd row). The gimmick is that the people in the inner row should be chasing after bloat, where one player is so close to the corner that if bloat were to turn they would tank significant fly damage. When bloat does turn, this player runs through bloat using pnecks, and the other 2 players simply turn around (see diagram cdn.discordapp.com/attachment.... Nylocas:
5:45 Royal Affairs
Claw + chally the first nylo, then scythe + chally every other nylo. This task is not too difficult, and doesn't require too much luck, but be careful as multiple pillars may fall considering the potential added downtime before the miniboss spawns.
Sotetseg:
9:24 Harder Mode I
I would recommend doing this task on the same run that you are going for the ranged Verzik task. Use tbow or flinch with scythe, tick eat all balls etc.
Xarpus:
12:00 Harder Mode II
Use this diagram cdn.discordapp.com/attachment... (let me know if the source breaks). Follow the tiles in order, make sure that Xarpus is 0 defence using 1dwh 1bgs spec per person. Being on tick with your teammates is important, don't be afraid to lose a tick in order to do this. You shouldn't need the yellow tiles unless you are doing this task in a trio but they are included for reference.

Some teams may prefer the scythe method, see this video for an example (works best in 4s) streamable.com/urmxgm. I would say it's easier to melee as the tile rotation is much simpler but if you have people on your team with lacklustre scy walking skills I would recommend using the blowpipe method.
Verzik:
16:19 Nylo Sniper
Freeze all the crabs before they spawn and then use trident when they turn blue to kill them.
18:12 Team Work Makes the Dream Work
Relatively easy task that you will likely achieve simply by doing HMs with other people as it will not fail even if you are the only person left alive
18:49 Harder Mode III
Use tbow, don't scythe the boss at the start of P3 (a mistake that no one would ever make). Bring ranged switches in your inventory to achieve this task. Remember that if you die you will not get the task completion. Don't end up like Baaaats who had to do this task 5 times because he kept dying omegalul.
You can also do this task meleeing p3 with toxic staff of the dead, might be preferrable since ranging p3 might be a bit weird for some people. Similar dps to tent whip.

Haha the maiden one is genius just as simple as standing there till first blood throw and easy maiden swear those blood spawns in HM tob are heat seekers. The real challenge of the combat achievements tho is getting a team for speedruns lol only ones I'm missing some of the times are ridiculous tight
