All of us knows how to love but not all of us knows how to be loved. It feels so great when you loved by someone who are committed to you, who wishes to be with you after more than 50 years; even though when you get old, even though your hair turns into gray. When you love someone or when you have a boyfriend or girlfriend, you really wish that that girl/boy stays in your life when time’s come.
I am not good at singing but this song is one of my favorite songs to sing because it makes me feel so in love, it reminds me how love is so great. It makes me questioned myself that “Is there someone who are willing to spend many years with me?” “Is there a man who are ready to hug and kiss me even though my hair is gray or we get old?” How I wish that someone will come into my life. It makes me smile every time I see an old couple who are still devoted and committed to each other because many years had past and they are still so in love with each other.
This song is not just for the couples, but it also talks about endless love for our family or for our parents. It has deeper meaning in every lyrics. The line “Kung tayo ay matanda na, sana’y ‘di tayo magbago” I can say that this line was told by a parent. Because we know that change is constant and change is inevitable, our parents wish that If they get older and as well as you, your bonding and love would be the same. We should show our love to the people we love and we should tell them before it lasts. We should cherish every moment that our God has given to us because our life is not infinite and it is only limited. So, we should spend our life to love everyone who loves us and also love the other who hates us. Because life is short not to love and to be loved.
