I like my steak mooing too! I would use tongs for flipping instead of a fork to keep the juices inside. Also, searing up all sides instead of leaving it on one. But it looked really delicious! I almost forgot about the tickets :p

PS: If you season your steaks with some garlic and onion powder in addition to salt and pepper they will come out even more flavorful and delicious! 🤤 Try marinating them in some worchestire sauce or balsamic vinegar if you want some added kick! 🦵
