I lost quite an amount of weight. I dunno how much I've lost since i never weighted myself for quite awhile now. But i finally can wear size L pants that i bought long time ago. First and foremost; losing a lot of weight in too short of a time period makes your skin sag, mostly because its a shock for your body. Lose weight over several years, slowly, with pauses, and the skin may keep up. This depends on how much weight you had to begin with and what you eat. Working out, lifting weights help. Speaking from experience. I lost 89 kilos in about 4 years or so and ate low carb/keto, fasting naturally. Never felt better and i looked great.

She lost weight and aged 60 years into the future.
First and foremost; losing a lot of weight in too short of a time period makes your skin sag, mostly because its a shock for your body. Lose weight over several years, slowly, with pauses, and the skin may keep up. This depends on how much weight you had to begin with and what you eat. Working out, lifting weights help. Speaking from experience. I lost 89 kilos in about 4 years or so and ate low carb/keto, fasting naturally. Never felt better and i looked great.
