TFP seem to have greased the bearings of the bike because you can now roll downhill without pedaling indefinitely as long as there's a sufficient incline to allow it.
it definitely added a momentum mechanic into it.. used to be when you hopped off the bike it fell almost immediately... now it'll go quite a ways before it stops
Yep. That's true. The night number 7 it's way more intense than before. I was testing the update and I jumped to day 7. I made a basic stair horde base. I gave myself level 25 (usually I'm level 25 at night 7) and also I gave myself an ak-47 ,a pistol and machine gun. 600 9mm ammo. 1900 7.62 ammo. Gamestage was around 35-45 and I used all that to survive the entire night. (No mele fight or explosives tho) But still. Compared with last alpha it's way more intense. I like it.

I hope the spawn it's still based on player count like before. I plan to play with my friend and before we had a horde for each player. So playing with him I had double horde.
if you want it extra crazy, make your horde base in the burnt or higher (wasteland if you're a madochist) and fight the day 7 horde there. You can unlock tier 2 by day 2 or 3 pretty easy and still be low level with low quality weapons, then you get to the burnt biome and you get wild ferals and lots in the tier 2 quests. It's a big step up from a21 as well

I take breaks from time to time on all games and I just happen to be on a break now. It is great to see some of the changes that happened. Also I enjoy seeing how you approach various problems/situations the game presents.
In my last playthrough before 1.0, I made the wagon into a base with mixed results. There was plenty of parking and splitting my crafting between the diner, the shed out back, and the gift shop worked ok ish, but keeping the locals out of the base was a full time job
Got my dead inside shirt yesterday in the mail. I think the sizes may run a lil small if you're getting one. I usually wear larges but maybe should have got an xl, just a heads up for anyone else.
Yo, you could do a new series. The 'Crypt Keeper'. Live in and have a base at the graveyard or crypts. That water would be good for zombies to fall in if you destroyed the ceiling above and made some sort of catwalk.
Man I can’t wait for this game on console! I had the og version and put hundreds of hours into it. It’s going to be great finally getting back into it.
Now that the game is out in full it would be fun to see the pimps go the route of minecraft and add little tweaks here and there. Like a fishing mechanic, More traps and powered blocks, or like you suggested last episode some new biomes and water based travel.

I did the Crypt at tier 2 and did find loot in the graves. I was wearing the Scavenger gloves. I wonder if it’s like wearing Looting Goggles? I found, 1 Legendary part, 3 armor parts, 2 silver nuggets and 16 dollars. Of course lots of dead flesh and cloth.

l love all the work for the 1.0 release. They did alot of glow up and I love the new clothing style. I am really excited for you to do a Father Glock II!! You could be the under taker and have to build a church that you turn into your base for horde night. That could be a fun concept but, even just a has to have home and base as a only church.

I started 7 days to die at 1.0 with no prior knowledge of the game. However, I set my Horde night to every 5 days + to the max amount of zombies (64). Finally on day 25 I survived my first horde ! Was very pumped lol
I planned on not watching this series till about 20 episodes has been released, so i can enjoy the whole series at my own pace. But holy cornmeal i gave in after only 3 hours lol. Keep up the great work Glock!
The crypts were my favorite group base, top for fighting and underneath for the base. With it being flooded idk if it'll be worth it anymore to clear out with buckets

I'm not sure if you have noticed but the trader opens at 4am now instead of 6 which is nice. And now I am worried about fighting my first horde night in the game
I think the biggest intensity for night 7 is it doesn't just end like it used to they keep coming even after normal waves until dawn so it feels way more intense then it used to. Add in the HP increase that zombies got and it feels way more then it is.
Hordes don't end until 4AM no matter what in 1.0. The same horde mechanic runs and expires if you kill enough of them, but they continue to trickle in until 4AM regardless.
@glock9, harvest the tires, please. They are the best for plastic parts per time spent destroying. You always need plastic parts, but always overlook the tires.

It's not 4am per se, they open after your night ends.
Of course, most of us do the 10-4 6 hr night, so it's understandable everyone says 4am. Lol.

I’m using the crypt poi as a base the underground area with the gate makes for a good mine. And the upper part converts into a good funnel base.
