Thanks for your comment Mary. I read slightly slower than my normal speaking speed but I will try to slow down a little in future videos. But you can control the speed by using the CZcams controls, try reducing it a little and keep trying to understand it. Then slow it a little less until its running at normal speed. I'm sure your listening skills will improve very quickly. Steve
