Journey from basement to owning your first home, there is nothing else like it . That is the beauty of older places, you can always renovate and make it your own. You know what they say about Reno’s; always add 10,000. I do love your patio also and you guys have the best one.
Waah condos. We were in same boat couple years ago when we bought beatass home but yes we made its like ours after Reno’s. It’s a headache process but you lean a lot. We gotta meet in person guys.
