Yes boss!!! Thanks
No electricity in nija yet.
Yep!
This is the story of what is possible in Africa.

This brotha's designs are exceptional - top-shelf mix of ergonomics and aesthetics. They need to contract him to redesign the entire Lagos.
As in ehh, all of Lagos needs to be redesigned lmao
😂😂😂
This is gold! Lagos really needs an overhaul 😂😂😂
Wahala for who no ask permission from Jagagban!🤨
I think you are talking about urban planning which is different type of design, its design of cities while he is a designer of buildings/architecture. But I do agree West Africa need to produce more designers to help redesign our cities and villages, so much bad design which is ironic because we are a very artistic people. But we badly copy/imitate western design without understanding how it fits in our african environment. So you get a mish ash of atrocious deisgn peppered even through the "wealthy areas".
Keep exposing the GOOD in Africa
...the GREAT...!😊👍
As a design student abroad this is a good source of inspiration to bring my skills back to Nigeria and invest in and enhance my country.
Am also thinking towards that direction now.
We need your skills.come back where your heritage is a blessing as opposed to constantly having to prove your worth.
Run o 😂
That's what I'm talking about.. He went back home and added value.. More of us need to do that.
That it worked for him doesn't mean it will work for everyone. My major issue with Nigeria is the systemic corruption that means that for you to get anything done, you will need to bribe your way through. If I should ever relocate to Africa for business, Nigeria will never be up for consideration. Kudos to him though.
Yes they wont all they do is complain imaging many peoole like this guy stop complaining and roll up their sleeves and get to work how do you think nigeria would have been but instead we always vow to bring the counyry down while we are in a place that we can afford three square meal what an insane people
@@demolaa2452 thank you. That's why Africa is at the bottom, all we do is whine and complain about this and that, no one wants to put in the hard work to change the system..... Look at the Chinese, Indians, Lebanese and others all over Africa doing businesses and succeeding but all our people do is complain then pray and hope for success. I tire for our people o.
@@AFRICANLIFELESSONS Good for you man. If it works for him then it will work for others if you give the country what it needs just like he did then you will succeed . If you have your capital you will enjoy Nigeria
@@Danorous and what do you give the country in order to succeed?
I hope he starts up an institute to pass this stunning knowledge to others. Remi is actually a humble one. This interview wasn't too long as it was worth it.
- We also need an African model for running businesses in Africa
- Start a business for the right reasons
- Be strategic and think long-term
- Appreciate the journey
- Have an amazing team
- Be proud of whatever you've built
Thanks Tayo!
Very true. Our market is very different and we keep bringing the western mentality into Africa and that's why there is always a clash
Are you A PREACHER.
Thanks for watching Sis. ☺☺☺
Yooo
@@VisionAutoMart Correction: "Build what you're proud of" ....significant difference
This man is needed in ghana and the rest of african countries. He is doing such an amazing job.
As a NIgerian with an architecture degree currently pursuing an MBA in the US, I really appreciate this conversation with Mr Remi Dada. Not many people in the built environment are this visionary. Thank you for sharing this!
You're right. Wishing you the best.💎
This interview is inspiring and educative.
"Africa is the teen of the world"
"When you obsess about the destination, you do not appreciate the amazing journey that you're going through, and that is a reward in itself : the journey"
Thank you for this interview Tayo
A very humble brother,
Bless him.
Toya, thank you for bringing Nigerian to the world.
He said, we need a Nigerian way to run businesses. No truer statement has been said on this entire channel so far. Thank you for this interview Tayo
Very smart guy; he epitomize African bright future. #EndBadGovernment Now to free opportunities.
If the Nigerian government actually helped talented people develop their crafts, the country will be unstoppable so many innovative and hardworking people 🇳🇬❤️
🇳🇬 Politicians are evils, selfish and heartless

Nigeria is gradually building all her wealth and development and are building even more like Eko(African Dubai), Centenary City, Imperial international Business City, Ayimba Economic City, Orange Island, and Greater Port Harcourt City. Nigeria will be in the top 10 largest economies come 2050-60. Nigeria has one of the fastest growing middle classes in the developing world. GOD BLESS NIGERIA home to the richest and most influential Black Man Aliko Dagote, and the most Independent, Wealthy, Progressive, Industrious, and cultured Black People in the world. Nigeria's Rich are 99% Black unlike the other African countries who's wealthy are primarily White Colonist and Asian immigrants. All Nigerian businesses are native owned and expansive all over Africa.
@Afrimedia Doesn't matter whether you agree are not facts are facts get over it. Everything I posted is true doesn't matter if you don't like it.
@Afrimedia No problem bro sorry.
I actually quit my job some months ago to become a content creator, I haven't become successful yet but one day this will be a testimony I will share to inspire people.
Thank you for this.

Thank you for this amazing video
I am not a professional but I love real estate and anything to do with buildings. This is sheer genius and talent on both ends.
My biggest take from this interview is appreciating the journey. He said is many truths, especially investing in an amazing team as an entrepreneur.
Inspiring one. Every entrepreneur looking to build a multinational company should watch this.
It's easier to make money, it's harder to make an impact. This interview was so inspiring. Thank you both for doing this
Remi Dada is a good architectural designer.
This guy is practically living out a version of my dreams. Tried to return in 2010 but was frustrated by the challenges.
Try again my dear. Nigeria can be very frustrating it happened to me too. But try again don't give up on Nigeria. The leaders want us to give up on the country that's why they are killing our youths
Me too. I intend to go back.
Whao this guy left USA to come back to Nigeria, kudos to him.I intend to return in future but the government are making the environment inconducive to innovation. What you hear from the news everyday doesn't encourage people to come back.

Wow wow wow Africa is on the rise, thank u father God.
Thanks for sharing. Inspiring guy. These are the diasporans that will turn Africa around, not the naysayers thinking they are better than those who live there
Word!
I think it’s also very important to note that it took a lay off to push him to expand his mind and horizons and allowed him explore the option of business school. We hate failure and setback, but they’re often the catalyst for our growth and pushing us into a world of infinite possibilities.
So trueeee
Can’t wait to go home and participate in restructuring of the health care system.
Great video Tayo! On a lighter note “ A lot of action no movement”. Sad but funny.
great interview, the guy is very wise aside being talented.
Great job! Making us proud !!
He is so articulate. I love that he had a clear vision and ran with it!
Tayo this is the best thing I have seen in a recent time. Am so proud of this young man. Thanks to the 2 of you. You are both wonderful 👏 ❤ 💖 💕
The new and next generation will take Africa to the greater heights 🙌
Love this, just what the doctor ordered.
Thank you so much Tayo, I don’t know why I cry while listening to this. But it was a cry of I can do it, we can do it. Thank you for the quality of this video. Even though it was a zoom call (or whatever ) you make it feel "warm and welcoming " and yet "raw". Thank you so much.
PS: excuse my English. Je parle beaucoup mieux français 😘
The me for watching!
This is what is needed in Nigeria, not brain drainage. A country can only improve when citizens work together and stop running away. From 🇿🇦 this is excellent 👌🏾
"Not to me. Shout out to the team ..." I love ☺.
Enjoyed every bit 🔥
Hi Tayo, I just want to say thank you for all your videos. I've been watching some of them the past days and they are great. Great quality and great content. I was born and raised in the Caribbean (now I live in the UK) and I am proud of my African heritage. I've never been to West or East Africa, and I learned a lot by watching your videos, in particular the ones about Zanzibar, Cape Verde, South Africa, Ethiopia, and Nigeria. They are all on my list now. Also, the best video for me was the one where you interviewed Mrs Adenike Ogulesin. She is full of wisdom. The video was motivating and inspiring. You asked her great questions and it inspired me so much.... Again I am not from Africa in the sense that I was not born there but your videos gives me hope for Africa, for the whole community. Keep up the great work!!! You are planting seed with your content 👏🏽 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽.
I really loved the interview, he seemed like a very humble guy and it was nice listening to him.
This is an amazing and inspiring interview. PHCN no go shame Tayo for this hard work and dedication 🙌🏿. We appreciate the in-depth advice Mr Remi gave and including the detailed works of Space Finish👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽. We could tell that there is lots of African unique touch in every Space Finish work displayed in this video. Thank you Tayo for another great video. Keep up the great work!!!!! Honestly we didn't want the interview to end😁
This is a great motivation to every enterprenur💪💪💪

Love this. Hope we see more inspiring projects. I'm involved in energy & tech retail outside of Nigeria. Got little stake in Nigeria but its not easy at all.
So inspiring and so much wisdom from this entrepreneur. It’s really lovely to see such stuff. Keep pushing guys. Thank you for breaking the mould and redefining Africa and sharing our voices.
Even though I already knew Remi Dada’s story I really enjoyed this interview. Thank you for telling designer’s stories.
This is a proper case of "There's Promotion in every Problem". That layoff was a blessing in disguise.💎
