Oh it does, I have psychosis, but this has never happened to me, I have heard of people with it who have stayed inside forever. It's crazy.. mine isn't that severe, but enough that I see and hear things that aren't there, but it's just disembodied female whispers. Nothing scary.

I have another theory: "He's been into Amy since the day he met her. Maybe he said something, maybe he didn't. If he did say something, clearly she said she just wanted to be friends and that she didn't like him like that but that she still really cared about their friendship and wanted to stay close friends - to which he eventually, and with a heavy heart, relents - partially because he's hoping that if he remains her friend, that one day she'll see just how great he is and that they'll fall in love eventually - partially because the thought of life without Amy in any capacity is worse than the pain that he feels inside; pain that slowly consumes his soul from within while maintaining the 'friendship' platonically. Yet, despite this deep unrequited love he feels for Amy slowly eating at him - the thoughts and memories with her playing over and over again like videos on repeat within his own head. These are the memories that haunt him daily and yet still he cherishes them the most. And those gut-wrenching moments when he spends time with Amy - are the days he continues to look forward to the most; in spite of the anxiety, the stress, the overthinking, all of it. The memories that haunt him the most are some of his most cherished - those ghosts whom once haunted him inside, have now become his friend. He genuinely loves Amy and wants her to be happy - and is happy she's happy - but wonders over and over, when and if she will one day see the light - and if so, for how long, when, where, and why? He knows it will never happen yet, like a small child banishes a friend, he banishes that fact to the back of his mind - choosing peace and solace within his dreams and nightmares - dreams become his days and nightmares his nights. For him, to dream is to live, and to live is to die - unrequited love just consumed him from inside.
But hey, that's just my two cents. lol

She thought that she was in a relationship with my girlfriends neighbour and actually went and knocked on a married man’s door, talking to his wife, claiming she was cheating with her husband and my girlfriend had to go drag her off. That’s only the tip of the iceberg. She been in and out of mental institutions throughout her life, in and out of psychosis. When she’s healthy, she’s completely normal and friendly. It’s actually scary to think about.
