Absolutely yes!!!🎸🎸
Absolutely mind-blowing stuff, Michael!!!
My God..........beast mode....
I definitely hit the like button, but I am already subscribed, brother. You da man. Peace
Think ya need to build those cords into horns. Wrap tape and paint. Incredible stuff and ya share it the man is not greedy with spreading his how to. Famous quote by one of my favorites is " I'm going to give you the keys to the Lambo" MAB N has been mesmerizing ever since I heard that. Keep at it I will watch everyone I find.
"Sir, are you a right or a left handed guitar player?" "Yes."
You get it! Haha.
It's called "Ambidextrous", right??
are you a right or left handed guitar player ?. -No.
It’s called ambidextrous
@@jimhouse9961 i'm pretty sure he was making a joke similar to the op's comment.
He's still got the keys to the Lamborghini ❤
This man is eternally the keyholder to the lambo
Beautiful deep cut reference!
He IS the Lamborghini, Twin Turbo Aventador actually ❤🎉
Speed kills 😊
@@rottingemptiness
Not anymore.
This speed *_lives._*
Now THAT is a Flying V ❤
5:35 no, it's a flying a
A flying tele ?
a TV
Damnit man, I haven't learned anything.... I just put My guitar away now.
MAB, the only guy on the planet who could pull this off live in concert, and perfect!!
Haha, thank you! The double guitar gets awfully heavy on my neck, but what can I say... I love to play!
@@MichaelAngeloBatioOfficial Imagine that being the problem, lol
I saw Steve Vai play his double-neck 'heart' guitar live on stage when he was with David Lee Roth in San Diego back in '85 or '86. Can't say if he was 'perfect', but he kicked ass and was very impressive.
I went to a concert with MAB back in 2009, and although he was shredding from start to finish he quite literally didn't make ONE mistake during the whole show!
@@randybeidelschiesWhy bring up another player on someone else's video?
After seeing MAB at a guitar clinic 10 years ago, the thing I remember most is his genuine kindness. Absolute gem.
I have to agree with this 100%. Went to a clinic about 4 yrs ago and he really took the time with people after his clinic. Got a few pics with him.
i ordered some MAB merch and it was not at his event Mr. Batio personally came up to me got my address and a few days later i got my stuff along with a hand written thank you letter he is the most kind and down to earth musician i have ever met
I also went to one a few years ago. Not just a great player, but a great guy.
I met him when I was 15 and had a completely different experience. He was a arrogant ass maby he didn't like kids or hers gotten more humble in his old age . Super munition though
Very kind and all around great human being. That said, one of the most talented guitarists ever.
I met Michael Angelo Batio 30 years ago, in Erlanger Kentucky, at a Washburn Guitar Clinic. I got His autograph. He was intelligent, informative, honest, down to earth, and above all Kind! My 16 year old self, became a life long fan. My left arm got smashed in 2005, in Iraq U.S.M.C. I do not play so well these days, with permanent nerve damage. Thank You Michael Angelo Batio for being so real!
Thank you for your service and sacrifices
Half my family are military and a salute to you , thank you sir ! I may suggest just keep playing and keep practicing as much as you can , nerves grow back after about 7 or 8 years some. You can try!! Or make up a whole new style OF playing because a lot of famous guitarists had fingers missing Django Reinhardt had his hand Mamed up and he only used two or three fingers to do all those sounds on one guitar
I'm equally impressed at the playing and ability of his back holding up that thing for an entire song.
To be totally honest, the guitar is very heavy! Haha!
@@MichaelAngeloBatioOfficial as a silver lining i have to imagine stretching backwards against the pull of the weight to straighten your spine is really good for posture, pretty interesting. never thought abt that but that guitar does look super heavy! i play sitting down, it'd take me at least a decade to play this double guitar at a proficient level
edit: wow at 5:17, some serious strength / forearm composure here
If anyone ever tried suing MAB for copyright infringement he can just say "yea but they only played that melody with 1 guitar"
They should have had this guy on The Gong Show
Forget the skill, the dexterity, the coordinations, the thought process of coming up with, and composing this combination of sonic treats, key changes and time signatures, I just don’t believe my brain could ever work this hard to even think about/dream about doing this.
There can only by one, double, mad axman! His name is Michael Angelo Batio.
What a beast...still releasing after all this time. Damn Michael, amazing shieet!
Yes, there is much more music to be made!
I loved the mozart but i LOVED the trooper. The trooper is very special to me. I FREAKING LOVE MAB!
All amazing pieces of music that have inspired me!
Cover songs aren’t inspiration. That’s called mimicry. I can do impressions of The Simpsons and Family Guy characters. Copying somebody else’s work is exactly that.
@ericchavez9168
Hate to break this to ya, but tons of artists are inspired by the music of artists besides themselves.
Ghost got nominated for a Grammy for a cover of Iron Maiden's Phantom of the Opera.
It is a really good cover, too. I mean, Phantomime only had 5 songs on it, but that Maiden cover stood out.
Disturbed did an amazing cover of Simon and Garfunkel's The Sound of Silence.
Maybe "liberate your mind" a bit.
@@ericchavez9168What a brilliant insight; nobody has ever thought of putting down artists for playing covers before; so original and smart of you.
Too bad you weren't around when Jimi Hendrix covered Hey Joe, All Along The Watchtower, and The Star Spangled Banner, or when Stevie Ray Vaughan covered Little Wing; if only your brilliant insight had been available to them at the time, it would have saved them the trouble and embarrassment of releasing those terrible cover songs; lowly mimicry. 🙄😁😜 Dummy.
@@Gregorypeckory oh man you don't know how good this guy's impression of Homer Simpson is. He was invited to the royal family's house to perform his "doh!" and the queen literally died because it was so spot on.
There may never be another MAB in our lifetime 😎… absolutely incredible playing
I absolutely love his playing, great solo MAB!
You rule, thanks for checking it out!
This is the most incredible guitar-related thing I have ever seen in my 70 years of life, by a country mile! Michael you are one in a generation, no doubt about it!
Not that the rest isn't, but when he goes left handed it's insane.
that criss-cross applesauce junk was insane!
Flipping and lifting it takes a ton of strength. That was the part that made me be like 😯 my arms were sore just watching it lol
@@since1876
MAB's tendons must be made of titanium cabling - it's the only possible explanation.
I've been recording acoustic guitar tracks all day. Needed this. My brain just melted, and I felt whole once more, yet better than whole. Better than better. Thank you
YOU GUYS ARE SO AWESOME!! Love that guitar, Mike! 🤘💪🔥🎸
Glad you enjoyed!
Hey Michael... I will never forget meeting you back in I think 93ish Bedford UK... You held a masterclass in the upstairs of the pub .. awesome display of talent... I still play occasionally.. purely for leisure. Living your work dude ..
All hail the holder of the keys to the Lamborghini
Truly Insane MAB I'd been waiting for this since your Stream!! Forever the King of the Double Neck and the King of Melodic Speed!
Couldn't sleep. Woke up to this. Worth it. Incredible!
🔥🔥
I remember showing a MAB vid to one of my lefty friends back in the very early 2000's. And they were like "Anyone can tap yo, this aint nothing special.." so i was like ok, DO IT.. So after we managed to pretty much tape my strat to an easel in a way that was solid and accessible enough for them to give it a solid go.They managed to go a full MINUTE or so before conceding "noman, thats nuts, your brain doesn't work like that...dudes got some skills.."
I enjoyed that so much!!! You guys are amazing!!!
Right brain left brain, training to do that is epic. Thanks, Michael and the band. Great work. I love what you do.
I am left-brained, but I got used to playing right-handed guitar and now it is more difficult for me to play left-handed guitar, I am somewhat of an ambidextrous guitarist.
Nice! Looks like you guys had a lot of fun doing this one. Keep up the awesome work!!
My brother and I were the first guys in at the NITRO "Blondies" gig in Detroit (HWDWS tour) - hung out w MAB and Jim for a while - they both signed by bother's "Z-Rock" T-shirt - He still has it!
Good times! : )
Video doesn’t do justice to how cool this is. To see MAB play double guitar solos live is truly an experience!
🤘🏽🤘🏽🤘🏽🤘🏽🤘🏽
This is one of the best solos I've ever heard, if not the best! You are my biggest inspuration and one of my favourite artists! Hello from Ukhta, Komi Republic!
🔥🔥🔥
Hey, thanks so much. I'm glad I can inspire you!
ABSOLUTELY LOOOVVVVEEE IT!!
You had me going from the very beginning by being both Dave Murray and Adrian Smith in just one MAB. Love you, Mike. You always make me smile and astound me every single time with your playing. Always have you in my car.
Wow, nice brand new solo!
Your last double guitar solo really inspired me and made me practicing left hand guitar and being ambidextrous after that.
At long last I've finally see this guy double guitar once again 🔥🤘
When I see a man with two guitars appear in my feed, you know I'm watching it. Very impressive my man.
total insanity! wow!
Yes guys!!! Awesome playing dude.
Allways amazing! Thank you for sharing with us.
that was great work men thanks
MICHAEL!!!!!..... STUNNING!!!!
Outstanding! Good job guys!
WOW !!! 🎸 🎸 Thank you !
All my life I grew up with people that could do tricks , but I said "if Michael can play classical that would be the proof " ..sure enough he blew my mind with his excellent skills on acoustic. ☝
He is a cultured gentleman and as cool as Fonzie....Nobody can do the stuff he does...
Killer
Thank you! I studied music in college and am forever a student to the craft. There is always more to learn about music & the guitar!
You should check out his course on jazz progressions. Some of those chords tie my fingers in knots! MAB definitely has skills extending far beyond lead guitar shredding...
Let’s go Mike! And at 4:54 threw in some Lamb of God. As a Richmond, Virginia native that’s awesome.
Pray for blood
Pray for the cleansing, pray for the flood
WALK WITH ME IN HELLLLL
That was just awesome!
You rule! Thank you for watching!
MAB you've been an inspiration of mine for almost 20 years, you're amazing keep rockkkin 😎
Mind-blowingly unreal, Michael! Maiden’s classic to boot! Take a bow, gents!
Man ... That's so bad ass, He's got so much fire in him !! Hat's off to the Great Michael Angelo Batio !
I saw you playing an acoustic guitar in Mexico City and you was just checking the sound, just jammin’. One of the best pieces I ever heard. That was awesome.
Hi Michael, I just watched your new video, and it's absolutely amazing! Your skill and creativity are truly inspiring. Thank you for continuing to push the boundaries of guitar playing and sharing your incredible talent with us. Keep rocking! 🎸🔥
This is great and wow look at him go!
Thank you Paul!
SOUNDS AMAZING MAN, LOVE U MAN ROCK ON
M.A.B. is like wine! Getting better and better through the years! Respect, maestro!
That was a sight to see. Very nicely done!
What a man! Say what you want about the stage “antics” but the man knows more about guitar and music than 99% of the people in the business. A true master. Also he may not show it too much here but he’s exceptionally musical on his solo albums and other recordings he’s done.
27 seconds into it and i already have tears in my eyes appreciating what a gift this Brother is. Good stuff...again.
Still so very mind blowing so see you play like that! I discovered you while on deployment back in 2009 and bought a couple of your CDs and a DVD while I was there. Your music keep me going
it's been a while from last video. always inspiring to see you doing crazy stuff
The dual master!
These are the keys to the Lamborghini! 🤘😄👍
Now all we need is the lambo!
Amazing as ever. 🤘🤘
That was awesome!
A BRAND NEW double guitar solo?!! I honestly couldn’t be more excited!!
Ever since I first saw you performing at the dean booth at the NEC in Birmingham back in 2005, you’ve been my teacher and my biggest inspiration Michael!! Thank you so much FOR EVERYTHING!! ❤️❤️
amazing man!
You are the absolute king of movement coordination! Incredible! Keep up with the great work and please schedule a gig in Portugal! 😃
Amazing effort, as always, Michael! You, Sir, are a absolute Guitar God, with stunning dexterity!
Come to Brazil
Manowar has three concerts there in November 2024!!! 🤘
Wowwww, that was absolutely insane!! Still the GOAT, without question IMHO!!!
Great Show Bro'!!! I have so much respect for what you do and how difficult it is to make it look so easy!!! I have friends who are also Sawtooth sponsored!!! After I saw you promoting them I put a bug in their ears and you did not disappoint!!! Thanks for your inspiration!!!
Hell yeah. That's my boy!
I remember when I first saw you do this when I was a kid & this brought back so many memories! It was amazing back then & its amazing now!
Oh My god, i love it
My Metal Brother MAB...You will always be a true inspiration for me to keep playing!

So good to see you sir! Speed kills was the first video I ever saw and that was it to be a lifetime fan! Love and respect from India 🤘
The cable jacks looked like horns when you twisted the guitars "woooow that's another layer of metal!". Awesome solo! Thank you.
Absolutely beautiful, God bless you , my dear Master MAB ! ♥️😽🙏🤗
We love you M.A.B.! Because you're having fun, and it shows!
That was AWESOME!!!
Incredible , sir!
absolutely fantastic!!!!
After playing for 15+ years, I tried playing a left handed guitar. I was literally starting from scratch. My picking/rhythm hand had no fretting skills and my fretting hand had no skills in the movements for playing rhythm guitar, though I had also played various percussion instruments for years. Doing what you did there takes more dedication than most people probably realise.
