Uncle Rural is the best Chef....
There was a time "soup bones" were availible in stores but then they started pressure washing the bones clean adding the meat scraps to hamburger and grinding the bones to put in dog feed.
OH WOW!!!!! My dad used to make a saurkraut in beer with chicken thighs that was AMAZING!!!! This kinda reminds me of it fondly.....been a loooong time ago though. Thank you Uncle for the memory. Peace.
