The couple did not even run for cover when they guy missed with the first 6 shots. At that point he just decided to unload on them.

Video kinda cuts off at the end in the middle of the sentence. I have seen this video numerous times and I have to say that your video has the best sound quality I've heard yet allowing me to fully hear that awesome stimulating dialogue from the husband and wife who I might add brought this entire fiasco on themselves. This entire horrific event (aka cold blooded, point blank range murder) was not "brought on" by them! Freedom of speech, end of. He could've simply gone back inside and phoned authorities citing harassment. This wasn't simply one sudden moment of madness... The crazy killer came back out to finish them off, many minutes after already shooting them. Nobody deserves to be fined down, no matter what they say. No matter how much tripping out or cussing they do; if that were a justification, half the population would be rightfully slaughtered after nothing off 🙄

His very successful life was over the minute he started shooting over mostly name calling and a verbal threat or two over snow. He walked away which was the smart thing to do, and then he came back out to escalate it further by approaching them with a gun. That right there was a BIG mistake. He approached them after walking into his home. That could have been very, very damming in a court case. The couple was not even on his property when he returned. And then he left….again….then he came back out with a rifle and shot them again, killing them both. That was just plain stupid on the shooter’s part. This means….. He absolutely would not have gotten a lighter sentence, and to top things off, that couple’s 15 year old son was home that day. Did you know that? It’s hard to feel bad for that couple based on their behavior, in that I do agree with you, but this is why we have laws, police and the courts to settle disputes legally under the rule of law. Nobody wins when this happens and that kid lost the most of all, and he has 3 adults, all of whom should have known better, and behaved better, to thank, for turning his life upside down. Makes me wonder what type of moral code you are currently operating from these days, but maybe your concern is not being wrong about this event, so I’ll give you the benefit of the doubt.
