When I was just a little lamb I wondered out across the lands and found myself alone I couldn't find my way back home I'm lost again But I am just a mortal man with nothing more than mortal plans the wolves are closing in they smell the sins I've fallen in I'm lost again But someone's watching over me someone that I can not see he left his flock to recue me that day, and chased the wolves away he rescued me today He picked me up like he did the cross wrapped me up in his Precious cloth he smiled and healed my sin He came and saved me once again took me home with him but once again I ran off forgot the lessons that I was taught the wolves are here again I've been trapped by mortal sins and I'm lost again now I feel so all alone I wish that could just go back home but I burned that bridge my friend why would he save me like he did back then I'm lost again.
