If they did this in the United States, it would have been organized only in selected cities (I.E: Los Angeles, New York, Portland, Atlanta and to name a few) with very limited quantities because people are going to transform into a "Karen", there's gonna be a lot of complaints and some will demand to speak with the manager because they had to get up very early in the morning, arrived to McDonald's only to find that they ran out of picnic sets and they would start screaming or fighting with the employees.
It wouldn't work in the U.S, some people will go full "Karen" when they found it's very early in the morning, and if they did something like this it would have to be in cities in select locations and limited quantities.

6:28 A Sausage McMuffin with Egg is what that's usually sold as. Though as others have said, you really ought to try the McGriddle, if you have them there. It's like the Sausage McMuffin with Egg, but the muffin is replaced with two syrup-infused mini pancakes.
I don't know why I'm so surprised that the breakfast platter is so similar to the US lmao. In my area they swap the muffin for a biscuit (the fluffy bread kind). The breakfast corn hit like a ton of bricks though 😂😂 I love everything about this so much.
