Yes it can be reused, not more than 3 times except its still sticky.

1)You would have to arrange without the duster. You'll arrange each stones according to the colours using your picker.
2)If the other colours occupy very small portion of the design, use this method first, then use your picker to replace the stones with the colour you want during the final adjustment.
