Thanks for the video. I especially needed it because all the manuals I see online mention how important is correct battery placement. The diagrams, however, show one battery minus up and the other battery positive up. I was careful in removing the screw and indeed, my batteries were inserted just as yours were and as the case indicates they should be. Interestingly, there is a video online by Nan S. She inserts he new batteries as per the manual diagram -one up, one down- and it works as well. Cheers!

Yea older ones are one up one down. Newer are both down
