💯 Regal Riches has a must hit by. Since I was already so close to the hit by I keep playing/chasing it which was a mistake. What I won was not even close to what I spent to get the bonus. Haven't played that game since and probably never will again.
The only info I wish he discussed/included was that you can do mathematical calculations to help you to understand why you shouldn’t chase. You can precisely calculate the max amount of spins it would take to hit by as well as the percentage increase in chance with each spin.
Thanks Brantley for the tutorial on the must hit by machines. I play similarly by re-evaluating to think about what a good stopping point would be while playing. Sometimes you're hitting lots of smaller wins that add up and it's good to adjust and be aware of where you're at according to your budget/session bankroll. 👍
I found a MUSTANG MONEY 2 game at my local casino with a MHB of $195( hit by $200) and put $200 into it. It hit at $199.98!! Play these games if the MHB is large but DEFINITELY do not chase it!!
With Ainsworth games that have the must-hit-by jackpots, it can hit on any bet on any spin. So betting all the lines isn't necessary -- using the less-lines method (1 line at $5, for example) can be just as good as betting all 5 lines at $1. You give up the additional line pays with only 1 line but at a higher multiplier the line hits can be very juicy. And with games that have sticky wilds or full-reel wilds in the bonus (Enforcer, Thunder Cash, Eagle Bucks, Dollar Action, etc), a good line hit can pay really well.

The predetemind info was really helpful to me, also I really like the way you re-evaluate when playing a game, which I also do, but one thing I do slightly different is look at my points also. Casinos around me are $5 a point. So for $100 you will get a min of 20 points. Now if I put $100 into a machine and when it’s gone if I have 60 more points, that tells me I got $300 of play of that $100. So to me that would be an ok machine. And I might go on a little more, than if I was down the same $100 and only got 22 points, I would move on to another machine.
I have seen them go to $499 on a $500 one. But people will camp on that machine from about $400

It just means you cant add anymore bills into the machine because the credits exceed the total amount you can put in the game at any one point.

Can you see the bonus history on the Ainsworth must hit by? I know at my local casino the older WMS machines with those types of progressive you can see the last time and amount the progressives hit and what the amount was. Not that it matters but it's interesting to look at for some of us nerds.

You should do 2 things. review this video in slow motion. There were some bonus had you stopped the reels in midstream. Another is try a 5 min a day of meditation where you mentally see the spins go faster and faster. Yet at the same time you can stop the spin when you see sings of a bonus.
Stopping the reels doesn’t change the outcome. I’ve done episodes that cover how that feature works. It’s just for entertainment.

So the progressive hit on 2397.80 but it awarded you 2,400.00. It must round up and I was wondering why it was always an even number when I've seen it hit on videos in the past
Correct. It rounds up to the nearest whole number that fits the denomination you are playing
Wow, if my math is correct, that is only a .002 percent of your 10 dollar bet added to the must hit by pot. If my math is correct, but I could be wrong with my math. I just noticed it went from .02 cents to .04 cents per bet? Is there a reason it started to add more per same bet? Oh the bigger hit by only goes up 2 cents per bet and the lower hit by goes up by 4 cents per bet. Per your 10 dollar bet.
On Ainsworth the minor goes up $1 for every $250 put into machine and the major cost $750 per buck. If you see one spun go up $.01 then the next go up $.02. That means the bet you are doing makes it go up $.015 per spin. The only way to show that on a machine is to have one spin make it go up higher than previous spin
